“My husband first went to Dean Diamond 13 years ago to find an engagement ring for me. He didn't want something everyone else had, Allen helped him actually design one for me. He was patient and very helpful through the whole process and they designed the most beautiful diamond in diamond I have ever seen. Unfortunately a flaw in the design from the company was they didn't have a way to secure the inside diamond in so just a few months in it did fall out. Dean Diamond replaced it with a brand new one, well the same thing happened. That is when we decided to just go with a solid black diamond so I didn't have to worry about it. Allan actually brought in 3 different stones and let me pick the one I wanted. All of this was no charge! Fast forward 12 years later my husband and I go back to get me an anniversary ring, once again it can't be anything anyone else has. He picked out the most perfect one, of course once again a flaw in the design didn't give enough area to hold the diamond so it fell out. We took it back to them, Allen sent it in to the company who then literally redesigned the ring (even for future sales) to have more gold around the diamond to better hold it in. Again, no charge to us!! All this being said I wanted to show this is one of the best places for jewlery, they are honest and the product and companies behind the product are great! I definately feel the value is there as we had both my rings appraised elsewhere for insurance purposes and they both came back way above what we paid. I highy recommend Allan at Dean Diamond in Greensburg Pa. to everyone!”

“Our 7-year old decided she wanted her ears pierced. She was nervous but excited! We definitely thought there was a strong possibility she wouldn’t go through with it…but the employees at Banter Piercing Pagoda were so good with her! They explained every step and it was very clear they had worked with children MANY times before! When I called ahead they encouraged me to bring my daughter when there were two employees so they could pierce both ears simultaneously. My daughter cried for a moment but was so proud of herself! Thank you for your kindness and patience! Very pleased with our visit!”

“My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced so we decided to head to Claire's. The piercing process went smoothly. The associate wore gloves and sanitized everything beforehand. She was knowledgeable about after care and helped us pick out the perfect pair of starter earrings. When you get a piercing you get a 20% discount on things all throughout the store, so of course we had to take advantage of that and pick up some more earrings and some other fun things! The only downfalls we're that the store tends to be over priced..like very overpriced. And I could see that they could use another associate working at busy times. The associate was working all by herself and it was a Saturday afternoon, the store was very busy.”
