By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They took our order and set up delivery for Saturday. To only not come. Then set up delivery for Tuesday to not show up. 6 times we have been told our delivery was coming only to have them not show up. Home Depot won’t give us money back because we made the mistake of paying with Home Depot gift cards. So now we have no delivery and they won’t refund us our money.

Everything we ordered the last month came broken or not what is was suppose to be! Two patio sets, two separate orders and they both came broken! Between paying for broken products and driving back and forth for refunds Home Depot has been the worst when it comes to customer service! Someone finally was suppose to pick up our second patio set to refund us and they never came! They said they attempted to pick up but no one was home! We had no missed calls or voicemails and no one showed up on our cameras or doorbell cam! Come to find out because we did not put our 1,000 broken patio set on the curb they just kept driving past! We have spent thousands at this store during this last month or two because we just purchased a home! Not another penny will be spent at Home Depot! Switch to lowes everyone! Mary and Sean at this location were great when it came to helping me out! Everyone else either transferred my call or hung up or was just plain rude! I was very nice until today! Customers beware esp if you order online!

Why is speaking for outsourced Home Depot support better than calling the The Home Depot store?
Called the Greensburg Home Depot yesterday for a missing part of our new table and had to talk to 2 different guys who put me on hold and never got back, then 1 lady who was ruder than all get out. Called back & had 1 awesome guy who solved my issue in 2 seconds.
Called again today to get a part replaced that’s broken with the outsourced Home Depot line and the girl solved my problem and had me a new part sent out in 5 minutes. Needless to say, if you want something from Home Depot and MIGHT have a problem with it, simply DONT go to Greensburg Home Depot. Literally the worst support there ever. And to the lady who answered my call and was rude from the getgo, please don’t ever work in customer service as long as you live - like ever again.

P.S. I worked in customer service so I get it’s not fun & can be frustrating at times so usually I’m not rude on the phone AT ALL when I talk to customer service people. However, when you answer the phone and before you even ask the problem you have an attitude with me & don’t wanna do your job and just push it to the outsourced customer support, that’s when I have a problem.
Thanks to the one useful guy they have working in customer service - I appreciate you!

Yes I do but not happy, I need a 44-gallon rubber trash can, there was about 10-cans on the shelf but there are no lids to go with the cans , I asked for service about why there is no lids , could not get a answer.

It is a half an hour each way for me to get to this home depot. On weds 3.3 I went there to get pricing on and order an expensive entry door. Bruce gets me a price on one door but can't figure out how to get pricing on a second option. Come back tomorrow and talk to Brian. I do so only to find out that brian is the hardware guy who knows little about mill work. He explains that bruce was going on vacation for 10 days and knew he was going to call off which is why he gave me Brians name. Come back tomorrow and talk to Rick, he's the guy that can help. Now for a third time i make the drive wait for 20 minutes only to be told that Rick called off, can i come back tomorrow. Absolutely not!!!! Clearly this home depot has a management problem at the very least. Im sure that my 5000 bucks won't put home depot out of business but like any consumer i cant spent my money elsewhere.

Asked a question about a poorly marked insulAtion product and was told they would get someone to help me. Waited for 20min for help that never came. I then went to the tile dept. to purchase tile and while I'm loading the cart they tell me I need to move so they can bring the forklift through, it would be 10 minutes. Finally I check out after spending $1500 in the store I asked for help loading full sheets of drywall into my truck. Waited 15 min, no show. Went inside and asked to speak to a manager and waited another 10 minutes for a no show. Absolutely piss poor customer service from bottom to top. Most of my business expense is Home Depot purchases. I'm disgusted and disappointed that I ever gave this store a dollar. I think I'll be using Lowe's from now on.

I hate hardware stores, especially when I walk into one with an idea of what I need and then can't find it. It is more irritating when you cannot find said item and all they offer are hardware items. This location sits on the outskirts of Greensburg right before you enter Jeanette. Kind of in a plaza to itself it looks like an island of concrete. I walked in and went to exactly where I needed to be. What is most irritating is that the selection was rather meek and thus limits me to my project at home. I could resort to shopping online, but I want that instant gratification, I want that item in hand. I selected what I could and went home. Turns out, that even after asking if it was the right item I needed, it was not. I then had to return the item to a store. Oh well, better luck next time I suppose.

Home Depot does not honor warranties and passes the buck to the manufacturer who you cannot contact. Bought. Ryobi 3000 power washer and it failed while under a three year warranty. HOME DEPOT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had the same issue many years ago at Lowe’s and they immediately replaced the washer. I would not recommend Home Depot. Once they get your cash you’re on your own!!!

This has to be the most dishonest Home Depot store in Pennsylvania. They will only honor a warranty if you pay them $20. The manager accused me of abusing a tool that looked like it had just come out of the box. I will not return to the store and since my family's business is home building I will do all that I can to let our subs and homeowners know how bad they are. We can't rate them by stars anymore because all they deserve is a blackhole!!!
