This is my new favorite store to buy Pokémon and the staff are very helpful. My daughter can’t wait to come back. It is really a great environment for people of all ages.”

“I found a beautiful diecast model of an M60 Patton Tank on Brady's website. And they had the best price, too. When the 1st shipment arrived the gun barrel had broken off. No problem, send it back, we'll send you another, no charge. When the 2nd one arrived, again, the gun barrel was broken. My frustration was not with Brady's, but with UPS. Well, Brady's stood by me and sent a 3rd, no charge. Finally it arrived safely.
I'm impressed with John's honesty & business acumen.
Don't understand the poor reviews. Would never hesitate to do business with them again.
