Terrible experience at this location. I purchased two full suits with under garments for my daughter and I and they charged me for an extra suit coat. When I called the store manager refused to refund it. The cashier made a mistake and rang up an extra item and I was forced to pay for it. Terrible business!

I am frequent shopper. The service as of recently has been amazing. The staff are very friendly and make great conversation. They have been helpful many times during my shopping experiences. And I always look forward to going back! The store is also always relatively organized considering people touch and move things all day. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!

Multiple poor customer service experiences in the month of June 2022 have made me never want to shop this store again. Staff are not on the floor helping customers. Twice in the month of June I tried to return items before the end of the 30 day period and the store was closed before posted hours. Two of the three staff and the manager, Mike, were pretentious and rude when I tried to return something on 7/10 new, with tags and still full price on the rack. It was outside the 30 days so cash refund was not available. We couldn’t find anything in the store for even exchange and asked for a gift card or store credit (I’ve worked retail many years and this has always been an acceptable return method the manager can approve as long as the items are current and not worn). The manager, Mike, never even looked at the return, refused, said I could exchange with new items then come back the next day and return the new items (waste of everyone’s time) or come back another day to return but that I would not receive full price for my return merchandise. Mike said store being closed was false, he was just a jerk. Refused to provide a copy of the return policy or how to contact the GM or District Manager for more info. Then accused me of trying to threaten him by asking for upper management contact. It was an uncomfortable situation for all involved. Returning new, unworn, in season merchandise with tags and my receipt should not have been this hard. I felt forced to exchange for items I didn’t need in order to get my moneys worth. H&M used to be a great, affordable and welcoming place with wonderful customer service. Customers don’t deserve to feel cheated out of their money or be disrespected. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Went here to buy clothes with my daughter . It was 4:20pm on a Sunday. my daughter had a handful of clothes. she was walking towards the fitting room. They closed the fitting room right in front of her. We asked if we could try them on. They said no and laughed. I said I was calling corporate and they said they didn't care. I said they were loosing a sale and said they didn't care either. I asked them their names. They wouldn't give them to me. they lost a sale and future sales from me.

I took pants off a mannequin only to be rudely told at the register that I couldn't buy it because they have a corporate merchandiser who does all their displays and they don't allow things to be sold off the mannequins. I assume it was the manager who snatched it out of the cashier's hand and promptly left her to deal with the embarrassment. My daughter was in tears.

I recently visited the store .I Will not shop in store or online . They just lost my business and I hope more . Time to boycott these types of businesses Americans . H&M doesn’t even follow the Actual mandate . They need to know People with medical conditions are Exempt!!! & you have to assume if no mask is worn thats the case. When I told the kid at the door After being stopped he acted like I was lying and made a fuss and would not let me enter . The owners and the managers really need to understand what’s happening before Hippa lawsuit start flying. Visited other stores in the mall ,was asked by a few but after medical was spoken there was no problem . (Here! you will need to bring your papers )
