“I attend and enjoy the group exercise classes. There is a wide range of classes and times that work in my schedule. The pricing is also very reasonable. The facility is also clean and accessible. There are a wide range of exercise machines, fitness classes, indoor swimming lessons and pool, and personal training as well as being close to a walking trail, outdoor pool, track, and fields. It's a great location and center for just about anything.”

“Standard low cost gym. Could be cleaner,and the equipment should probably be updated, but you get what you pay for, I suppose. Mostly good though, it's probably best for people trying to start working out or for people looking to workout for the best price. Good value for the $”
