I bought tires in 2020. I bought an alignment package for roughly $200. I had my truck aligned at the same time i purchased the tires. About one week later for Pa inspection, i was told my front end needed attention and it couldn't have been aligned as the adjustment parts were rusted closed. I videoed the movement problems to take back to show Goodyear. They apologized and gave me my money back. Today 9/7/23, i took it to have the tires rotated(i paid for lifetime rotation and balancing) I had an appointment and sat for 1 hr waiting. I was given my keys and went to my truck. Since it has after market wheels i wanted to be sure the caps were properly screwed on. The left front was missing a screw and the right front had the screw partially in and was threaded. i called the manager out to look at the wheels(they would have let me drive home like that). He took the truck back into the bay as they tried to recut the thread on my rim that was screwed up. After a somewhat nasty exchange, were i was told the cap missing the screw came like that, but i told him impossible because it would have scratched the rim. He told me buy one and they would pay... wouldn't put it in writing. Very unpleasant experience. Gets better. Driving home i couldn't go over 55 mph the truck shook so badly. I had marked a tire to make sure the tires were rotated AND they weren't. ( I had marked a tire before i went to Goodyear to make sure they rotated.) In all the commotion, i hadn't even notice the front tire's wear was still the same. Had to go to FLynn Tires in Greensburg for a rotation and have all 4 tires balanced. After all of this, the manager said, as i was leaving, " Why do you come here?" i said "Because i paid you for lifetime balancing and rotation! PS: Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires awesome!

Stopped at Goodyear Auto Service in Greensburg today for 4 new tires. I had a very positive experience there with the Customer Service Rep, Andrew. He was very courteous and efficient & got my order written up quickly. The installation was also done in a short period of time and I was soon on my way. This was a good experience at Goodyear & I hope my tires wear well.

If I good give zero stars I would. This place is a COMPLETE rip off. I wouldn’t use them to work on my vehicle if it was the last place ok earth. I just got brand new tires in November. There’s a problem with my backend so it ruined my back tires. I need two back tires and back brakes. I went to Goodyear to purchase this ONLY because it’s Sunday and no good REAL garage is open. They refused to sell me 2 tires and said I had to buy four. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life. Walmart, Kings, Export tire, Manordale, Firestone NEVER required you had to buy 4 tires and I’ve been to all of them before. They said it’s policy and depends on the tread of the front tires. Well, they are brand new and would pass inspection so…..??? I’m confused here. They lost my business and prbly a $600 sale.

Friendly staff. Andrew greeted me promptly, explained the procedure for the 3 year alignment package and made sure to address all of my concerns. The alignment was done quickly and I was taken at my appointment time. Thanks Goodyear! I will be back.
