Pretty decent selection and friendly staff. Easy donation drop off and good deals. Only thing was I opened a drawer full of dead bedbugs and I left after that. Make sure to check your items from thrift stores!

I am very happy with the customer service at the Greensburg store. Rachel the manager was super polite, kind and went out of her way to help me with a recent donation experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Every time we go to donate we are turned away. Giving my stuff to you 100 percent free for you to overcharge and receive 100 percent profit.

This is a pretty good location. Very clean and well stocked. There are LOTS of clothes here, more than other Goodwills that I've visited. The only thing that could make this location better is if it were more organized. I couldn't quite work out if there was a method to organization while I was shopping, because I was finding my size all over the place.

Not my favorite Goodwill but not my least favorite. They need to keep up better with items on the shelves I recognize some items being there for months. At least it's better than the North Huntingdon store but Delmont is still #1

Thrift stores are great however, the bathroom is a germ ridden cesspool. It should not be open to the public.

Not too excited about the pricing system. If it falls into a certain category, it's priced accordingly even if it's ridiculously expensive for that specific item. Only way it's worth it is getting clothes on sale. The people who work here though are super nice and fun to talk to.

Goodwill used to so amazing but sadly it has gone downhill so much now. The new pricing system and much higher prices for junk. Used to even be able to haggle but now they won't anymore because of the new POS system. They used to have a great selection to. They haven't had hardly anything good in 2 years now. I used to go almost every day, now I haven't gone in over a year. It was indeed goodwill but now sadly it's badwill

I saw something I was very interested in and as I see often, there was no price tag. It was a simple stationary item. As always, the girl told me she couldn’t sell it to me, but I could come back next day. I work and can’t drop everything to go search for the item again when it’s probably been sold to someone already anyway. This happens WAY too often at Goodwill. VERYUNACCOMMODATING to the loyal patrons who regularly donate to them.Icing on the cake- “ would you like to “round up” bla bla bla, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The new tagging process is stupid had an item with no tag on it and they wouldn’t sell it to me till the next day told me to come back tomorrow. The response from the owner is it’s to help keep tags on stuff obviously this process is still not working and why can’t something be tagged and I could have just bought it then goodwill used to be a decent place to shop unfortunately the new policies are ruining it

Refusing to sell items that are out on the shelf? If you want to keep the item for yourself just say that Tim.

The manager Rachel is an unfit manager... I was politely inquiring about an article of clothing that was going to be processed for sale. I was met with two cashiers who were actually extremely positive and helpful but I can't say the same for the manager and the old gentleman who worked the back stockroom. I was told the item would be ready in an hour so I came back just to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes just to be told it still wasn't ready. This is where I took it upon myself to ask the polite cashier if I could personally speak with the manager who was in the back. When I was attempting to speak with the manager, I was met with this older gentleman who was very confrontational and was raising his voice at me while I spoke calmly. I don't know if his tone was coming from a place of racism because I was merely trying to explain to him that ive been patiently waiting for 2 hours and he just progressively showed me more and more anger. Simplest words, he was a miserable human being. He told me the article of clothing would be ready in 20 minutes and then he immediately backtracked and said he doesn't want to have it ready for me. This man was nothing but a miserable energy and his behavior was unwarranted and he's clearly dealing with something deeper and taking it out on a customer that has nothing to do with his internal conflict. A relative of mine had called to ask if this clothing could be ready in the morning to be picked up... The manager Rachel apologized for the misconvenience and said the item could be picked up right now. I drove down and the lady had intentionally overpriced the item to $59.99 knowing fully well that I would be wasting my time and money on a trip just to see an overpriced item. There's a similar item at the time on the sales floor priced at $3.99. So it's no exaggeration that this manager is just being bitter and evil just like her coworker and this is a terrible way to represent a business. Having me come back 3 times to price a 3.99 item to 59.99 because they are in their states of negative emotions. That's just an evil human in my eyes. The fact someone like this manages a store is quite scary because that would be the recipe for a toxic work environment. My family has donated to this Goodwill for over 30 years and now that is coming to a quick end. Takes seconds to lose a customer and with this treatment I've wrote about, that's exactly what's happened all due to the miserable energy someone feels the need to project for whatever sad reason. God bless those kind cashiers, I hope they find themselves a better environment with a manager that knows kindness. If there's video and audio footage of the situation I would definitely recommend that corporate take a look at it and let themselves be the judge on the matter.
