The people that work at the pharmacy are not helpful and don't seem to care. They tell you an easier option after you have already been inconvenienced. The one girl that works there is the worst, she didn't even give me my prescription the one day, literally her only task, and she didn't do it. In my frustration, I walked away not realizing and then when I went back to get it she acted as though it was my fault.

This is my pharmacy so I may be a little partial. They are friendly, and are fast at filling prescriptions. In fact they typically under promise and over deliver when they tell you it will be 20 minutes because it is most times shorter than that. I saw Katelyn today, she was friendly and helpful. Thank you Katelyn.

The Eastgate Giant Eagle is incompetent and their behavior is egregious. They ALWAYS find a reason not to fill my prescriptions on time. I have a 30 day prescription that currently isn't filled. They told me because it is too early to refill it. It’s been 32 days since the last it was filled!!! On what planet is it too early to fill a 30 day prescription??? I am now without my medication and they’ve done nothing but give me the runaround. There’s also another unfilled prescription I have with them. They told me it’s because my doctor called in the wrong size bottle? I don’t know what that means. This is a new prescription for me. I’ve never ever had this before, so how can the size of the bottle be wrong??? It’s wrong compared to what?!? Avoid this pharmacy at all cost unless you need an excuse not to take your medication.

I’m a very long time and loyal customer and just received Terrible customer service at Giant Eagle Eastgate in Greensburg, PA. I arrived at the pharmacy at 9:00am when they opened. I was there to get a flu shot and was told it would be 45 minutes to get a flu shot. What could be so important that two pharmacists would make me wait that long? Looking for a new pharmacy .

Just trying to pickup for my sick child. I was only here because they were the only pharmacy that had what I needed. Given attitude the whole time. Like people I don't want to be here either.

I absolutely love how you put all of your dairy stuff in refrigerated cases, instead of having the cold air escape from the open cases. Great idea!

Very high prices. Walmart prices are substantially less. No reason to ever shop at any of their stores. Walmart will eat them alive. Buy meat products at Sam's Club.

Mask issues. Don’t care to stir up an ugly Facebook debate. However. I won’t be back and you just lost $150 weekly in overpriced groceries. I’m guessing that won’t matter to you but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

People that work at the money order western union section are awful. Horrible customer service. Ive never seen so much misery in one place. Stay away from this giant eagle. Trust me you will leave disappointed, along with mean staredowns as if you've stolen something. Ive been here before and had bad service then, lets just say it hasnt gotten any better. Definitely will not be coming back!

Never had a problem with them. If there was ever a hold up on any prescription I had it was due to a change in Insurance. Have always gone out of their way to help us pay as little as possible for the medicine we need.

Stopped to pick up some lunch meat at the deli and the woman who waited on me was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at each thing I requested. And on top of that, she never remembered what I ordered, and had to correct things multiple times. Will not be returning, and will definitely be solely frequenting the North Huntingdon Giant Eagle. Have never encountered such miserable employees in NH.

The quality of groceries, meat, deli, produce, etc... is unmatched, however, it costs. I do not mind paying for good groceries, but why do I have to bag my own order? If I wanted cheap, I would go to aldi, I expect to do my own bagging there. Tonight, I had a large $200 order, my poor cashier was sick as a dog and still at work, and no one came to help us bag. The line was held up because of it and people were upset. Instead of focusing on curbside delivery and self automated check out, I kindly suggest that you staff your store appropriately. I have tendinitis and am now swinging into the holidays with a sore shoulder. Not happy.
