Not thier faut, but UPMC partners in health has made a mess out of getting prescriptions called in, they kept sending them to Giant Eagle Long Term Care, when I was specific about the store # and address! Thanks Giant Eagle Pharmacy for getting this corrected.

Our pharmacy closed and our account went to this GE. Since the move in January we have had nothing but issues. They always say they'll have our prescriptions ready that day but never (not once) do. It's always days later and lots of calls to them to get them to straighten out some problem before we actually get our prescription. I never thought a pharmacy could have such bad customer service. They always make some excuse was to why the medicine isn't ready yet. I am tired of it.
One positive..... maybe.... they get the prescription medicine correct. So that has not been screwed up yet. Anyone else have continuous bad service here.

The people are nice. At least the ones I have dealt with, but the entire medical system, including all the pharmacies, is a joke. I don't have enough time or space on this page to go into all the problems, but a lot of the problems stem from insurance companies. They are worse than the drug dealers and crooks on the streets. They just dress better.

I don't have any issues with this store. Except I agree alot of employees are rude there. And I don't like how there's 1 or 2 women watch ppl check out.tthey have the meanest looks,they make u feel like yr doing something wrong. Even though yr not! But the store is big,and it's always in order and clean. So I gave this store a 4 star rating, would b 5 stars if they do away with the police like women up front. U don't stare at ppl and make them feel uncomfortable while there doing the job those 2 employees shd b doing!! We're scanning,bagging and paying ourselves. We don't need someone staring at us!

How am I not surprised by the the ratings... picked up medicine for my son sunday.. no issue.. fast forward today. The med they didn't have ready at the time. Ready now. But they can't figure out his insurance... same one as last sunday.... nothing has changed

Could say they our okay..they over charged me 2x medication.. and did not cominsate me ..they where using my old cards..but I have to stay here because my insurance co. Only use them ...let's see what happens...

Very unorganized. Will tell you a script is ready over the phone when you go to pick it up tell you they don’t have it at all. When stated that I called and was told it was ready and the dr sent it they “found” it and it was going to be another 25 mins. I told them that wasn’t possible I called days ago and was told it was ready I was told I would get a text message when it was. I’ve signed up multiple times and still do not receive text notifications

Literally the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced in my 38 years on this earth. Brian should be fired immediately. I cannot believe the way they are allowed to speak to customers!!!! Unreal

Have to agree with everyone else. Very rude, don't the answer phone, make lots of mistakes. Let people sit at the drove up window for 30 minutes whole they do who know what and 6 other cars siting in line. Moving to Walgreens

I call the facility and say “hey I want me script”She says “okay do you want that tonight or tomorrow” I said “tonight”I drive there about an hour later to grab my script and after waiting in a long line I get to the glass and the guy says “oh your script is being sent from another facility for tomorrow. I can fill it now but it will take another 40 minutes”What??? Why would send a script from another location when you literally have the medication on hand? Why wouldn’t you just do your job now? Especially after I told the worker there I was literally on my way??I tell the gentleman what the lady worker had said over the phone and his response was “idk what to tell you”Screw giant eagle. Lazy workers.

I tested positive for covid. My PCP called in a prescription for PAXLOVID. I called the Hemfield pharmacy and the technician told me that the pharmacist needed to ask me numerous questions and they would call back.Since I never heard from them I told my doctor to call the prescription in to Walmart who had it ready within 5 minutes.Giant Eagle Pharmacy sucks
