Orrder online from a different company. Avoid these stores at all costs, waited in line for 25mins. With a game in hand to be told i have 2 drive 30mins to another store for the game on the shelf. These employees are worthless idiots. No sense of urgency, i had more knowledge about what was in store than the employees. This company needs to retrain ALL of its employees from the top down. Order online!!!

Wow, I'm not sure if it would be possible to make the checkout process any slower. Trying to sell you every warranty and membership made the whole checkout process unbearable. Trying to juggle 5 grandchildren and just buy 1 game. 2,people ahead of me, each with 1item, should not take 25 to 30 minutes. Will not return.

Had a figure on preorder. 4/10/23 was told that it wasn't on the truck and I'll receive a call when it comes in. Stopped in store 04/22/23 said that it came in an since it was past the 48hr hold that was put out. Never received a call or anything besides the call about it being delayed.Pretty disappointed I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Christian S. is apparently the manager of the store and I was so unfortunate to have dealt with him. HE WAS UNBELIEVABLY rude to me and my son. He told me the wrong thing on several occasions and kept changing the prices on me. I was in the store well over 2 hours. At one point, I wanted to buy a game that had the sale tag on it for the sale that supposedly ended the day before and he hurry up and grabbed it and LITERALLY put it behind his back like a child. I am honestly in DISBELIEF this person is the manager of anything. Please do not take trade ins to this location. I cannot even explain the multitude of how bad this experience was.

The opening manager (Jake) was very friendly while I was waiting to get an elite controller, despite him being a little stressed from his district manger calling him and helping a woman find what she needed he was very friendly and apologetic for having me wait, which was no problem at all, I understand having hectic mornings, renewed my pro rewards using points on it and was very nice and personable, this location definetly will be getting more of business, keep up the good works guys!

People that worked at Gamestop where helpful. They hooked it up for games, for my little girls switch. Got a discount for signing up.
