Stopped in today (7/19) looking for a new release. I went to the counter to ask if they had it when I couldn’t find it on the shelf. I waited several minutes while the 2 employees carried on with a personal conversation. One looked over at me twice, but they continued on until I asked for assistance. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but I found 2 others items. Went to checkout and it was a repeat of before but the employee that seemed to be in charge, made eye contact with me twice and then continued to chat . Needless to say, I left without buying anything.Having worked in retail for years, that was unacceptable.

prices are horrible. Average price for a vinyl is $50. Average price for cd is $20. Go to the exchange or online.

The lady that was working at 4:30pm on Sunday Feb 26 was the rudest person I’ve ever met and should definitely not be working in a service position. She must not like or need her job and she definitely shouldn’t have it any longer. i will never spend a penny in that store.

Visited the store today, a pretty dun store. Went to check out and the sale items didn't ring up with the sale prices although marked. When we stated it rang up wrong they gladly rectified the error.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Not even 1 CD I was looking for. The store is dirty and overly stocked with tons of anime things. If you're into anime, it's probably great. But if you're looking for CDs for anyone beyond early 2000's....go elsewhere!
