I had high hopes for this store but unfortunately I will not be coming here again. The owners are very unwelcoming and didn’t even acknowledge our presence when we walked in. They also didn’t have a good variety of pet products. I highly recommend shopping at another local pet store!!

I prefer to support local businesses but that means they operate their business how they want and sometimes that means without customer service. Considered not purchasing anything due to the poor service and very unwelcome feelings given by the owners but they did have some nice homemade treats I knew my dogs would enjoy. Will find another business to support in the future.

The people that own and run this store truly care about animals and try to help you to the best of their ability. I love that they believe in natural remedies, homeopathic supplements, and healthy diets for pets. They had very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places, even online counting shipping cost. They truly helped me out in my time of need and educated me on some things I didn't know so I'm very pleased and will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on! Thank you to Rob and Deb for even opening a place like this! They really do it for the love of fur babies ???.

I was very excited to go to this store from all the great reviews, I was specifically looking for CBD for my cats anxiety, while trying to support a local business. Unfortunately once I heard someone cough from the other room who ended up being the worker/ potential owner of the store not wearing a mask I was very disappointed. I politely asked her to put a mask on , and was told "I don't have to wear one".Will never be coming back to this store, but took my business to Petagogy and was very pleased with my service there.

The owners are real animal lovers. If you're looking for some niche items, they're great. I'm sure they can order in regular dog food too (they just carry specialty kinds) so they can become your one stop pet shop.

Furbabies is a great store with great owners!Having mastiffs as well, they are incredibly helpful & carry great toys that hold up to giant chewers.
