I bought a dining table & chairs from Macy's. Although it was beautiful to look at, the quality of the table top is such poor quality that everything mars it. The warranty service is not much better. They make it so difficult to use I regret getting it. I had to deal with them again today & am still waiting for the link to be sent. Never again.

Shout out to Sue who was working in the men's shoe department. Excellent saleslady and a very nice person! Keep up the great work! Also this Macy's is always well kept compared to others.

I bought a mattress from Macy’s furniture department 3/9/19. I used my debit card that day to pay for it. I scheduled to have it delivered 4/2/19. At checkout the money came out of my account and I was never notified of any policies in place to be charged at a later date. Thinking I paid for the mattress that day and it was done and over with I was surprised to find out on 4/5/19 I had been charged for the mattress again. I bought a pair of boots in April never took them out of the box went pulled them out of box put them on went on my way my daughter looked down and started laughing they sold me two different boots one inc and one Ralf Lauren and won’t do anything about it this is there mess up I’m very upset will never shop there again and everyone’s Christmas presents I bought there are going back tomorrow

Their FINAL sales policy is not customer service. I am three days after your policy in fine print states the item can be returned. It would have been nice to have been told that at check out. To have the tags on the item with the receipt...you should take your merchandise back.
