Dillon #2 from Donahue’s Inc. came to check out my furnace and was very professional and quick.
He explained in detail what he checked out and what all the levels meant. He didn’t waste any time and then went on his way. I have been using Donahue’s for my air conditioner and furnace for years.! Thank you!!

Worked for the Donahue’s for 5 years, I have a lot of respect for them. Great people, great family, they treat employees and customers very well! Very knowledgeable, I would trust them with all hvac needs!

Donahue's were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. They were able to get me on the schedule despite being quite busy. The install went very smooth and they left my basement as clean as they found it. This hot and humid summer has put it to the test and the AC is working wonderfully! My clients are very happy to have a comfortably cool and dry place to pursue their fitness goals.

I had to call after hours, which is considered an emergency. Rather than sending a technician out and charging me a great deal of money, Dave walked me through what turned out to be a simple fix. I am very grateful and Donahue has always come through for me in the 9 years I have used their services. Thank you Dave Donahue.

Tim provided initial service and maintenance on my HVAC system. His work was thorough and he fully explained his service work, made excellent recommendations and improved our system performance. Tim was super friendly and service oriented. I am very happy I chose Donahue's.

Rod and Dillon came to replace my evaporator coil in my A/C and were a pleasure to deal with. They were very polite, thorough, professional and helpful. I've used Donahue's for years and have never had an issue.

Had Tim Bauer from Donahues come out and check our air conditioner today. We haven't had anyone check it for years because the last guy just checked the coolant and rinsed it out spraying some water into it. Thought why have someone come and pay for it, when we can do the same thing.Tim took things apart, checked on the furnace things and then went outside took the top off the air conditioner and cleaned the inside and out and found a problem and took care of it. Very conscientious and made sure everything was going to work well. Definitely liked the way he took of things. Never had anyone do the things he did.My husband and I definitely want Tim to service our furnace and air conditioner in the future.

I called Donahue yesterday with problems with my air conditioner. They were able to have someone come at the very next day. I was able to service my air conditioner in a very timely manner. Zach, the tech is excellent and very professional. He also has a great personality and explain everything to me in detail. He is definitely an asset to your company. My fiancée emailed to set up an appt and they were supposed to contact us but never did. So she called around 9:30am to see if she could get someone on the phone because our AC isn’t running properly and our house is about 90 degrees. The lady who answered the phone was short with her and rude. She asked if there were any appts from someone to come take a look and she flat out just said “no” and that was it. So my fiancée asked when the next available appt was and the lady said “I dunno maybe next week or after that” and that was it. Didn’t bother to look to see or anything and the tone was just rude. So needless to say we are calling other companies.
We had them come last year and the Tech was nice so maybe it’s just an office person issue but either way, that ruined it.

I have used Donahue’s for all of my HVAC needs since becoming a homeowner in 2003. They treat people right, and they are efficient and competent. All of the service technicians are great. Rod was just here at the end of May for the Spring servicing of our AC unit. He loves what he does and is happy to explain things and answer questions. Give Donahue’s a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I have an aging geothermal heat pump system at my home that Donahue's came to do maintenance on. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything, did his work quickly and cleaned up when done. I had always used the company that installed the system but they had misdiagnosed a repair that they said they would come back and do for $500.00, yet I never heard from them again. The awesome serviceman rom Donahue's said the system just needed water to fix the problem and threw that in for free, saving me $500.00. I have known the Donahue family for many years. They have done extensive work for my church and we're always satisfied! They are good people and do the job right the first time.

Called when my central air quit working. They came out the same day and fixed it. Rod was the tech and he diagnosed the problem asap. It was up and running cold air in 30min. Rod did a phenomenal job. Very knowledgeable and professional. I won't use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

Jeremy showed up on a Sunday afternoon due to AC issue. He was timely, kept me well informed on what he was doing and had the repair done in less than 20 minutes.
