Poor experience from the golf department. Sent in a new set of irons and a few wedges to have the lofts adjusted. I was told 24 hours and I would be notified when ready. Didn’t hear back by mid afternoon, so I called and was told they were ready. I went and picked them up and by mistake I did not check them prior to leaving. When I got home, there was a pretty substantial chunk of metal pushed from the sole of the club into the leading edge of my wedge. Enough to create problems while playing. I called the store and was transferred to the manager and he wasn’t willing to take any potential responsibility for it and before I could ask could say anything else it was stated “did you read the bottom of your receipt, we are not responsible for damage”. I said I understand that if a club snaps while bending that is one thing, but this looks like something wasn’t securely clamped. We stated he didn’t care and ended the call.
In my position I'm thinking… no offer to credit me the $4.99 I spent, an offer to grind the metal down and smooth it out, or an apology… nothing. This is not the place to go for golfing services or customer service in that department. I will never make this mistake again. Go down the street and pay $2 more a club at least the other guy will be accountable and take care of your equipment

Purchased a Pittsburgh Pirate shirt and hat for my father in law. I was not sure exactly what to get and even where the various styles of shirts and jerseys were located. That is where Yuliwarsih came to the rescue. Yuliwarsih was working the front register and although she was busy with a steady stream of customers helped me locate what I was looking for and even offer other suggestions of items that went together. I appreciated the assistance and Yuliwarsih went above an beyond in my opinion. Thank you Yuliwarsih.

Went in to test a few irons a couple days before a club fitting. Cooper did a great job getting the simulator set up and explaining how to use it. Also took the time to show the available clubs to hit. Let me take the time to test several different models. Never felt rushed. The experience went so well I bought the Mizuno JPX923 HM and didn't feel the need to get fitted. Great experience. Thanks again Cooper.

Bought shoes on Saturday wore them 4 hours at work. Inside kitchen job. They told me when I got them they was non skid and I could return them. Took them back manager refused to give me a return says they don’t take used shoes. First staff should be trained about the product and return policy. Brooks shoe also states 30 days guarantee. The manager was not nice and needs to learn better customer service. Then they wonder why box stores are going under, and why everyone is ordering online. Out $140.00

Very happy with the inventory on stock. Such nice women's ware. Nike, Patagonia, under armour & many many more. Great kid selection as well. Great shoe selection. Tennis skirts, dresses, yogi ware are beautiful, & well made & so comfortable.

Alex was amazing! My boyfriend and I went into the store to get his glove steamed and even though Alex was supposed to have already left, he stayed and did it. He took his time and did it right, was very kind the whole time and didn’t make it a big deal, we are very appreciative of him!

Beautiful store, but the person in the shoe dept. needs to lighten up. I don’t spend money where I’m treated with an attitude.
