The staff is always pleasant and very efficient. They answer all of my questions and are very helpful to help you save money. They run this place like a well-oiled machine! Keep up the good work guys!!!

The pharmacy was busy. I went inside to pickup a gift card and my prescriptions. The line moved quicker than I had expected.

I filled out a survey a while back and one of the store employees there happened to not like my honesty. The main thing that I mentioned was that they are severely overpriced. If they were open 24/7 365 then I could understand the higher prices. The fact remains that I would not be able to pay their prices without their coupons. If they kept things reasonably priced they would have no need of coupons. I am including a few photos just to show you I'm not joking about their prices being way too high.

This CVS has been here for awhile, however the inside is still clean and new looking. The staff (at the Pharmacy side) is very friendly, helpful yet professional. I felt comfortable walking in, plenty of friendly people ready to help you but not overly done. Some places over do their friendliness.

Went to CVS to purchase American Express gift cards as presents The cards were not activated correctly so zero balance on the cards Talked to Brandon Ross on the phone as well as in person he refused to help with the problem accused me of committing Fraud despite that fact I had the receipt and the cards unopened He is a poor excuse for an employee let alone a manager I now everyone is short staffed but no manager is a better option this this horrible alternative

Rude and unknowledgeable employees, both retail and pharmacy. I'd just drive further to Latrobe or Monroeville than deal with those people.

Horrible culture in this pharmacy. Poisonous, unprofessional, uncaring. Never experienced such an awful disregard for customers. Not just myself but observed other interactions. More interested in talking to coworkers than attention to guests. Rude disregard for anyone else.

List didn't include a CVS on route 30 east of Greensburg. I needed their phone number.

I visited this CVS store to purchase just some bottled beverages and snacks. The store was clean and had a wide selection of products and OK prices. During checkout, no customers were ahead of me in line, so I had no wait. The cashier courteously said hello and goodnight. Of course, CVS also has a pharmacy, which I did not use. CVS also sells various products for personal care, beauty, health, and household. They have a loyalty program called ExtraCare, which helps to make the prices somewhat more reasonable.

I don't know where to begin to voice my disappointment with this pharmacy; however, this last incident is most characteristic of their philosophy on patient care. My husband is covered head to toe with a thick, itchy, bright red rash caused by a drug sensitivity. Stopped to pick up his steroid on his way from the dr. and told he has a 1 1/2 hour wait. I pleaded with them to put it ahead so we could wait there for it and the pharmacist wouldn't budge. I've worked in a pharmacy so I know busy, I also know the importance of customer care. You wont get that at this CVS.

HORRIBLE experience and I have transferred my prescriptions, and my wife's prescriptions, to another pharmacy. We're new to the area and the pharmacy manager went out of his way to create issues and cost this company tens of thousands in lost business. With a T1DB and 5 other scripts totaling $700+ per month in prescriptions the pharmacy manager just cost CVS a loss of $7,500 per year minimum.

Extremely rude staff member at the window for the pharmacy drive-thru.
