CVS Greensburg is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to they messed up my wife's medication not once twice very rude and discouraged wouldn't go back there if I have to I hate Walmart but I'd go back there first

I've tried to fill an RX twicece and had to search for another pharmacy to fill it Then a new Dr called in an incorrect dose and they filled that without checking to see if it was correct ? When I got home , I saw it was an incorrect dose and called them and the Dr ! The Dr called them and gave them the correct dose and I've been told they're not sure they can fill THE CORRECT DOSE yet again???? I then told them I needed a confirmation that I would be credited for the wrong RX and was told I would not be and that it was the Dr's fault, but they should have made sure it was the correct dose ???? What if I was elderly and did not read the papers on the bag when I got home? I would have taken Twice the amount prescribed??? They should have made sure of the dosing. You would be very sick if you took 600 mg of progesterone per day Not once has that pharmacy showed any effort to show care to me as a patient /client They are always busy and maybe that's the problem. I'm turning them into the AG and the medical board I'll never go back there. THANK GOD FOR WALGREENS!!!

Super friendly service (sarcasm.)Was buying OTC medication but was right by the pharmacy. When asked if I could check out, I was told brusquely, “There’s a self checkout out front!”Thanks for the great customer service ?Won’t be returning

Due to my insurance, I have to fill my prescriptions through CVS. Typically the staff have been friendly and helpful. The pharmacy technician I spoke to this afternoon (1/6/23) was rude, laughed at me for asking a question, and was defensive when I asked her about setting up an account. If it is such an inconvenience to answer basic questions and treat people with respect, maybe she should get a job elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Every other pharmacy in the local area is superior to the interactions I had today.

They didn’t have anyone at the cash registers, just a sign saying to use self checkout. Needed to pick up pictures so this was an obvious issue. Should hire more people

Have a huge selection of vitamins, makeup products, and a excellent variety of food and drinks. Quick in and out, love the self checkout

the customer service at checkout was fantastic. I used CVS coupons and it all worked. I was prompted by the cashier to use them. Products are marked well at OTC also, which I used.

I enjoy the store. I always find deals and neat things when i walk the store. But the pharmacy needs help. It takes a week to get anything filled. It doesn't matter if I drop it off, have it sent over, or refill online.

Came here to fill a script for my 4 year old son with a urinary tract infection. When he asked to use their bathroom they told him it was out of order. I could clearly see a restroom because they left their door open. I'm dumbfounded how they turned away a small child with a UTI. As a result, he urinated in their parking lot which must be more acceptable to them. Good decisionCVS...

Very rude employees. Will not check price for items that are in the clearance section at the register— even though their price check machine is not working.Also very very slow service.

I had a coupon sent to my phone, which I added to my card. Previously I had the CarePass but dropped it because I didn't always go into the store for my prescriptions and if you don't spend $10, you lose the money. I called the 800 line to merge my cards over a year ago so I could use my coupons without confusion. This day, my coupon would not work. It was for $4 off a purchase. One of the self checkouts was down and the manager was helping the man at the other self check out machine. When it was my turn, my coupon was not working, so the manager came back to the machine and tried to use it. We also tried my phone number, which the machine said was not valid. This has been my number for over 20 years. By this time, several people were waiting to check out. So the manager said that I must have two cards and the coupon is not going to work. So I told him to keep the purchase and then he said he would honor the coupon. He was pretty snippy with me but he did override the machine to accept the coupon, after I had to show the text on my phone to him. After I got home, I called corporate to tell them what happened and they said that my cards were merged a long time ago but that there was a glitch on thier end that was causing the problem. So I wrote a review and I got a nasty letter from the store manager, which I saved, telling me that he didn't have to give me the coupon. I wrote back and told him that I would not longer shop at CVS and will be moving all of my prescriptions to another company.

Not a human insight as all of the registers are self check out! Looks like I shop Rite Aid where they still employ humans!
