This is to let everybody know I put my trust into this bank and open an account within last two weeks and already got ripped off for over 100 dollars out of my account money missing tried to discuss got nowhere so I got a bank more reputable and not going to steal my money this is hempfield plaza by lowes don't trust them with your more or you will be in negative e with them they stole my 100 but they lost my business within a month they think people are stupid they better think again best way to avoid this is use more reputable banks to preserve my money I closed all access here will never trust them again it shows there's greed even in banks no good stay away this is friends name I am ted cause bank needs to know they screwed me

Citizens Bank is one branch of JP Morgan, which pours billions of dollars ($268 billion actually) into the fossil fuel industry. Citizens bank would be a much better bank if it really served people by not supporting our destruction though climate change. Citizens Bank and its parents, JP Morgan, are literally working against the world's efforts to curb climate change in order to make a profit. That is self-serving, not serving the people whose money they use for their own self-interest.

Bank is a joke. Second time coming to withdrawal cash out of bank account and them telling me they don’t have enough cash in the safe. Like seriously they are a joke. Why put all my money in an account that I can’t access immediately.

I'm actually. Customer here..I opened a business checking account. And Jennifer talked me into getting my wife to open a bank account so we did and to apply for a home equity loan which we did when they did the appraisal which we waited here nobody ever showed up not even a call after weeks we called Jennifer back they said they only did an outside appraisal which was from years ago so we tried to call several people managers above her not one phone call was received back to us. So my wife did close her account there we did ask for an interior appraisal.which we know is our right to this day Jennifer has still not called us back we think it's pretty rude we're local we figured we'd give our business to this local bank.people just do your reviews about this bank...

This is such a friendly and helpful branch! The tellers recognize me by name, even though I'm only there once a month or so. I've gone here for personal banking, to cash savings bonds, to open joint accounts and for business banking, and I've never had a negative experience.
