Worse bank ever. Deposited money that never registered twice. They also gave me counterfeit 100 and kept it when I re deposited it later . And I was out 100 dollars

Beware if you use the outside atm here. One time I tried to withdrawal $200 never gave me the money then deducted it from my account. Took 2 weeks to get the money back. A second time I tried to deposit $100, it spits out $80 gives me an error message and doesn’t record the $20 it took. On top of that the atm is out at least once a week. Completely unacceptable

I have been so happy with Citizens bank since switching over 10 years ago. I have to shout out Val at the Greensburg location. She was so sweet during my last visit and made my transactions so smooth. I'm thankful for this location.

I've been with citizens bank for over 45 yrs, the 4th street bank is the best out of all the branches , the girls there always greet everyone when they walk in , are alway super helpful, Brandy the bank manager is awesome as is Christina and the other girls, never had any issues , as for the Eastgate citizens, no thank you they are not friendly at all,basically I only feel with the bank at the 4th street branch, and as for the ATM have not had any issues it has always worked ok

Another late night banking for me on this one. I found myself driving through Greensburg when I remembered I needed to deposit a check that I had been holding onto for a minute. I did a search and noticed there were a few in town that would mean I didn't have to go out to the shopping districts. It had been a minute since I have been in the downtown area of Greensburg, and it confused me a bit. Finally found this place and pulled in to use the drive thru ATM. First, it is a complicated lot to navigate if you are not used to using this location. I had no idea why it was set up like this, but whatever. Pull up to the ATM, all prepared and such, put in my card and go through the motions. However, this was not a great experience. This location does not allow for deposits if you are not a member of their bank. At this point and time, no matter which bank you use, you should be able to make a deposit anywhere. Becoming frustrated I pulled away. Maybe it was just this branch, or maybe it's an overall thing with Citizens Bank.

I don't know what's happening with customer service with a smile but your losing it at this branch! I used to love coming in and knowing there was an understanding staff member there willing to go above and beyond. Today I had a pretty serious issue that yes I could have prevented but due to having sepsis and other serious health issues I've been a little absent minded. Now the issue had happened once before but the lady who helped me last time I believe her name was either angel or Andie anyway she made sure to fix my mistake and hunt down my check so it would process into my account. This time I could feel the eyes rolling through the telephone call and I felt the person didn't want bothered. My husband went up to the branch to fix the issue we could and he even felt the lady was just annoyed to have to deal with us.... So after being with this same bank all these years sadly we are considering leaving!! Today was stressful enough I didn't need to feel like I was just an annoyance! I also could have used the extra care angel gave to me during this time...

Well I applied 2 times now for the PPP loan and was denied 2 times ..due to my credit score... I haven't worked since October 25,2020. And had my payments deferred. But my credit score went from 625 and now is like 525 or lower .. It's sad since SBA does require a credit check for PPP loan. And just started getting PUA unemployment. Last week.. so I attached from the SBA below the requirements.Jan 8, 2021 — As far as formal requirements go, there is no credit score requirement you must meet in order to qualify for a PPP loan. This is despite the fact that the PPP program technically falls under the SBA's 7(a) loan program, which does feature an acceptable credit requirement.an 8, 2021 — As far as formal requirements go, there is no credit score requirement you must meet in order to qualify for a PPP loan. This location always has an out of order ATM machine. I take a picture every time bc it’s absurd that it’s down more than it’s working. I usually call to make sure it works before I go but they close at 4 and I’m (like most people) still at work so I can’t get there to go inside. Nothing worse then when u have bills coming out and u can’t deposit money to pay them. Super inconvenient.

Always a big fan of this Citizens branch. The workers have always been professional, interested and helpful. These qualities are observable by their work ethic and motivation. It’s the staff that make this beach top notch. Not so in all the other Citizen branches. As long time customers we appreciate all of you at this branch.
