The woman at the Greensburg store was very helpful and did all the things a good salesperson should do in recommending other items to go with my initial purchase.

This store sells exactly what it says they do, clothing for big and tall. The pricing is fair and not overboard like so many places. The worker there was very respectful, helpful and friendly. =^_^=

Helpful staff, horrible corporate policies. You get great coupons and sale codes in your email, but get rejected in store. Coupons and codes are the only way to get anything at this store at a decent price. Except for the fact that the store doesn't accept the discount codes upon checkout.

I went to get something nice to wear for my mothers funeral. The lady that waited on me could not have been more helpful and nice. I will come back for sure. Great selection of clothes.

Went to buy some shirts and shorts for vacation but left with shirts, shorts, swim trunks, sneakers, and croc like shoes. Had the best experience with Jodie (sales PERSONALITY). Next time we go shopping, we will call ahead and make sure that Jodie is working. My husband loved shopping for once!! ❤️ Thank you Jodie !!!

Absolutely loved how genuinely interactive the two women were who worked with my son today, at the Greensburg, PA STORE. I am sorry I didn’t get their names. They were considerate of my sons anxiety about his size as well as knowledgeable of his needs. These women helped my son through a difficult process and made him feel handsome and important. Kudos to you both!!!

When I entered the store a woman with white short hair asked me if I needed help finding anything and she then directed me to the pocket tees I was looking for. I picked out two and went to the counter to pay for them and found her leaning over the back counter with her back towards me talking on the phone. I waited approximately 3 minutes and she never once turned around to acknowledge that I was there. After listening to what was clearly a personal phone call for another minute or two I walked out of the store without making my purchase. Extremely poor customer service by this woman. Her personal phone call was more important than taking my money I guess.

My husband and I are in total agreement that he will only be shopping at Casual Male from now on. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Amanda and Jodie were friendly, extremely helpful and so fun! They could tell by looking at my husband what size he needed and made the whole process of buying a suit enjoyable. Highly highly recommend!!

Staff always polite and very helpful without pressure. They let you browse and shop and quick to help out if needed. If they don't have something, they will order it for you and no charge to pick-up at the store.
