I came in recently and had to get an outfit together for a wedding, Hannah and hunter (i believe that's his name) did everything to get me situated and when the shirt i had to order didn't fit even though i had a bit of a snafu with the shirt they still worked with me and got me what i needed. They've been doing right by me for the last few years but how they handled my situation these past couple of weeks they did excellent and they deserve every bit of praise i can give them. The prices are a little high in most cases but the customer service from both Hannah and Hunter are 2nd to none

I had a return which was handled perfectly. I also browsed for and purchased other items. I was asked if I needed assistance more than once,the young man who took care of my transaction was both efficient and professional. He did a great job.

The woman at the Greensburg store was very helpful and did all the things a good salesperson should do in recommending other items to go with my initial purchase.

This store sells exactly what it says they do, clothing for big and tall. The pricing is fair and not overboard like so many places. The worker there was very respectful, helpful and friendly. =^_^=

Helpful staff, horrible corporate policies. You get great coupons and sale codes in your email, but get rejected in store. Coupons and codes are the only way to get anything at this store at a decent price. Except for the fact that the store doesn't accept the discount codes upon checkout.
