The Representative at the pick up location made everything easy. He was also knowledgeable and informative. I felt so good about my purchase I was able to use the drop off service without fear of incident, something I've never done when renting cars from other dealers. “Justin was very nice and professional, explaining everything. Overall, we had a really good experience. The only thing was that we reserved a midsize car (hubs is 6'6"). We got a Hyundai Venue (like a Kia Soul). Definitely not comfortable even for me at 5'0". There weren't even armrests other than the doors. I would have like to have some choice or at least have been asked. We made our trip with no issues, which is what mattered most. Thank you!”
