Thank you very much! Robin kept me from getting a refrigerator that would not fit.We ordered one that was on back order and about Two weeks later it was off of back order(LOL)! The installers were taking measurements as to not damage the Refrigerator when getting it into the house.So happy I decided to go with them vs the "box store"Love the Stainless in black!

We received wonderful customer service. The Store Manager, Jeff, was terrific explaining all the specs of their gas ranges. We know the store's quality products and service, as we've purchased from them before.

Purchased washer and dryer from them, had issue with washer and called them for a repair. The washer was a little over 5 years old. The guy came and told me what was wrong BASED on what I told him what it was doing and he said that I bought "junk" and needed a new washer. I told him that YOUR COMPANY sold me this "JUNK"! He never touched the washer, he stood there with his hands in his pockets!! Charged me $90 for a 3 minute visit!! He was very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend buying anything from this store, not even if you're on fire and need a fire extinguisher! Your survival rate will be better if you just stop, drop and roll!

Was told they do maintenance and servicing when I purchased; washer dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave for my home. Needed some small servicing/maintenance on these items as they are two years old now; one of the only two tasks was removing the front plate window of my oven so i can clean it completely. I was told that would be $280.00. I get it, they are traveling to me, its their time. But its not like its a replacement of something, i can see paying $100 or even $150. But $280 for what I consider small tasks i need help with is really outrageously expensive and almost seems like gouging cause they can. They gave me confidence at time of purchase that i could contact them occasionally to maintain these items so they have longevity… guess I should have asked what those rates were. I have all my air conditioners and furnaces maintenanced, with new parts, every year for $150. I just dont get it.

We had an oven that would not heat right before the holidays when we were going to host a large number of guests for a meal. Mark quickly provided a service call, sent a professional and courteous member of his team to the house, and saved the day for our family! Loyal customer for years but the owner was very rude about a brand new dishwasher that was leaking - refused to give the installers number and hung up on me !! Do not go !!!

While the parts counter and appliance sales persons are very polite and helpful, it is next to impossible to get them to send you a repair person. I had to call Maytag corporate to get a repair person because Cabin Hills solution was to purchase an entirely new stove without even sending someone to look at my existing stove.

I really can not say enough about how great they are. They are knowledgeable, respectful and backup their products. We had an issue with a big box store that was delivered with a huge dent in the back and water inside. Eventually we got our refund after a lot of work and much stress. We took the money and went to Cabin Hill. So much better in every way. We are never going to a big box store again for our appliances. Thank you Cabin Hill!!
