EDIT: Since purchasing my vehicle in February of 2024, it was discovered that Smail authorized the replacement of only two (2) new tires on the all wheel drive vehicle and doing so without completing an alignment. The failure to replace all four (4) tires and the lack of alignment caused the complete wear of the two (2) remaining tires, to the point the cords are showing after only a few thousand miles. Any internal damage to the driveline remains to be discovered. When I brought this to the attention of both the service department and Mr. Stinson, I was passed back and forth with neither party willing to accept responsibility. The "best" that I was offered was to provide me with a free alignment if, and only if, I purchased new tires from Smail. While my review below about Mr. Stinson during the purchasing process remains true, the terrible customer service, lack of accountability, and nefarious sales tactics have changed my opinion. I will never purchase a vehicle from Smail nor recommend their services to anyone in the future.
Scott Stinson was absolutely amazing throughout my entire car buying process at Smail. Scott was patient with me throughout the entire buying process and I never felt pressured. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was perfect before pick up and kept me apprised of the status of the purchase at each step. I would recommend Scott for all of your vehicle purchases!

Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Bud Smail Mercedes. I had previously utilized their service department and was always pleased. When I was thinking of trading my car in, I asked Mike, my service advisor to recommend a salesperson, who would be honest and helpful in assisting me with this process. He recommended Calogero and I was not disappointed! Calergo, took my calls and answered my questions. He was helpful, but not pushy. After I decided to purchase a vehicle, Brian Witt was extremely helpful in explaining our options and all of the paperwork. Lastly, the young man who was my concierge was extremely patient and reviewed all of the options and how to utilize them.
In short, I was very pleased with this experience and plan to continue to use this company for any servicing that I may need.
Thanks to everyone who made this an effortless and pleasant experience.

MB TPMS warning is now constant but I was charged to reset it. It was bad when returned. Now I can't see digital speed because the Check Tire warning is on constantly. I have my own TPMS which says all the tires are at 30 lbs but the "reset"
MB says they range from 22 to 39 psi and they were never above 30 and still aren't.
Also, after a $2500 service (most of which may be OK) my check engine light is still on.
Not at all happy. I was offered $50 back on a charge of $39 for work not done!
Getting the run around from the service manager who ignored my written and email instructions. I'm a retired physicist, heavy equipment mechanic, and worked my way through college servicing Jaguars and some MBs.
I am also severely disabled and 70 miles from the dealer.

This is the fourth Mercedes-Benz that I have purchased from Bud Smail Motorcars in four years. Always a pleasant experience when dealing with them. Also, customer loyalty does not end with this dealership, the way it ended at another dealer that I used to deal with.
The entire sales staff makes you feel welcome every time you walk into the dealership. My salesman, Tyler Sciarrino, did a great job working with me throughout the ordering process, and always kept me up-to-date while I was waiting for my vehicle to be built. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler.
And as far as it goes for after the purchase, their service department is always accommodating to meet the needs of the customer.
I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase from Smail Motorcars. An incredible car sold by a great team.

We come here for service even if we don't end up getting our vehicles here. They have a very comfortable waiting area with complimentary water, coffee, tea, snacks, etc. and they have a very nice gentlemen who offers rides to the casino and mall. They are all so nice and in constant contact through the entire experience. I never mind getting service here.
