Very impressive selection of items in stock but the person working wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed annoyed that I was asking if they had a few particular items in stock. She came off as rude and disinterested. Drove an hour to get there, saw a few things I was interested in but didn’t buy anything. Won’t go back.

In January of 2024 I purchased $1068.00 of Lionel Fastrack supplies from Bradystrains. Included were six Command Control turnouts. Five worked fine but one would not. I contacted Bradys customer support and was told to send them back to Lionel because they are still in warranty. I told Brady I was disappointed that they would not honor the warranty. So I shipped it back to Lionel for repair/replacement. I'm told they have a six week backlog so I have to wait. Bradys seems to miss the point that I didn't buy them from Lionel but bought them from Bradys ($140.00) . I did not pay Lionel but did pay Bradys. I could have purchased much of these supplies from Amazon bu instead chose to place the order with a small business instead. My mistake. It seems that Bradys does not want to support Lionel warrantys after all they got the money,

As much as I love to support local business this is the only place I can remember shopping where someone has increased the price on an item I was in the process of buying. The shelf price may have been wrong, but I wasn't about to spend $50 more than what they had it listed at for something I wasn't sure I even wanted to begin with. Hearing John say he was raising the price because he wasn't making enough on it is a good way to make me go shop elsewhere.

Wow ! If your into trains, or just want to relive memories this is a must see place. All types of trains and accessories. Some of the new generation train sets are unbelievable. Smart phone operated, lighted tracks , train cars with lights and sound, way to much to list. Both old ( 60s ) and new ( Star wars and game of thrones ) buildings and display pieces. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Most items were reasonably priced.
