1st off let me say I am not writing this review about any store in particular, but I am writing this about boost mobiles customer services. I have had boost now for over a few years now and within the passed year and a half I have had the same occurring issue at no fault of my own. I am disgusted by the way this company even handles their customers issues. I could see if the issue happened once. But this is 3 times now and the same exact problem. The 1st time I had woken up to my phone with no bars, no internet, and unable to send texts and make phone calls. They had me do a factory reset which completely wipes out your phone data and makes it pretty much brand new. That didnt work, then they had us call the phone manufacturer and they couldnt do a thing, so my husband and I had to go purchase new phones costing about $500 and our service was still terrible. We couldn't hear eachother on the other line, our phones still wouldnt let us call out properly and our texts wouldnt send without being near a window. So we called again this time more aggravated than the 1st and they wouldn't resolve the issue and only wanted to credit us $15 to our account. Now we have no service again and this time I am done! Here I am trying to resolve the issue again and with warranty's on both phones on the account & they want us to wait 5 days for a new replacement phone and my husband works from his phone. This is unacceptable. I am leaving boost mobile and I will never reccomend them to anyone else. No one should have to come out of pocket for the same issue and with brand new phones, both phones being in perfect condition. Waking up to non working phones randomly absolutely at no fault of our own. Boost services should be ashamed of themselves. Even other carriers say they are shady people. Do NOT purchase their phones. Please!!!Sorry for the long review. I hope that nobody else has to experience this same issue and come out of pocket to replace 2 brand new phones at no fault of their own. And purchase a warranty that's useless.

We bought a new Sansom phone and 40 dollar card had it turned on but 2 days later they suspended it with the saying we made and international call , we were watching TV at the time , so no one would explain what happened they are as crooket as any cheep co can be so take note befor you buy there use
