I shot a large doe and when I went to pick up the meat, my first comment was… Is this all there is? 16 ground, six roasts, and the back straps. $160 !!! Only wrapped in freezer paper. This girl won’t EVER be going to Billy’s Smokehouse again.

Just picked up my deer from processing and was disappointed. Took a decent sized doe and maybe got 45# of meat back. I did buy the pepper sticks and jerkey but literally got back straps two roasts and 3lbs of ground. Also paid for flash freezing and wrapping and it came completely thawed and wrapped in just butcher paper. Was going here for a few years. Will be going somewhere else from now on. Unfortunate.

Took a Deer here not too long ago because I didn’t have a grinder. I told them I wanted ground, butterfly’s for my back straps, and Steaks. Instead the lady there wrote down chops for my back straps while telling me there the same as butterflies. Next she told me since I cleaned and cut the deer myself I would only have to pay $80. When I picked up my processed meat a week later they charged me $120 and only gave me 5 small slices of chops that supposedly are the back straps . There is no way that your only getting 5 small chops from 2 back straps that are more than 3 feet long. Guaranteed they stole those back straps and took around 3/4 of the meat from both of them. From what I heard most if not all butcher shops take there portion of meat. I would recommend buying a grinder and learning to do it yourself you can’t trust no one these days.

Love your pulled pork, but why does it take 3 women to wait on one person in Market Square? 2 women could be waiting on people while 1 takes the money. Would move things a little faster, j/s. Literally, 3 women waited on 1 customer at a time. Worth it for the pork though.

We love their smoked salmon! Recently, we bought breakfast sausage and summer sausage as well. Both were delicious and not greasy. We will keep shopping here and trying different products. Their staff members are friendly and responsive to customer requests. Highly recommend them!

just had my first deer done here. Very happy with the cuts of meat I got back and the summer sausage and peppered sticks are delicious. I will definitely be back!

My first time there, everything was amazing and great service! ended up buying every sample I tried. Turkey, keilbassa and beef sticks are amazing! High quality meat you can tell the difference. Will be back again! Thanks!
