Unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent. This is really all you need to take head of but I will elaborate. We needed a wrecked car towed from our home about 22 miles. When called, he was informed that the front end was smashed in and that the wheels should turn but not positive and that the breaks were probably slightly seized as it has sat for 4 or 5 weeks. He originally spoke with my husband to set up the tow, upon his arrival I was the one who would be paying him and the moment I said hello, I did not receive a hello in return. Instead I came face to face with his exasperation at the job at hand. The very first words he uttered to me were an accusation that we had lied to him about the condition on the car and how long it had been sitting. Now, I did not know the full extent of the condition of the car as my husband had been taking care of everything but I did indeed know the length of which it sat on my property. Within the first minute of our exchange he repeated that the car was here longer then told no less then 5 times. Now of course at this point I was a bit taken aback by our introduction and asserted that it was in fact here only those few weeks. He just kept walking around the car throwing his hands up in the air and telling me how we and all of his customers never tell him the truth and will not offer up information. I then questioned him on this as it is his responsibility as the driver and owner of the company to ask all questions needed to figure out the equipment he would need to successfully complete the job as customers may not know what to offer up. At this point his response was to laugh at me and continue on his rant that my husband lied to him, that he was going to need special equipment. That he had other people waiting and he was going to lose money on this job (that he quoted).I proceeded to call my husband and disturb him at work to confirm what the man was told. After receiving the information that he was informed of what would be involved, I asserted myself to tell the driver such. He response? - Throw his hands up in the air, cut me off mid sentence with the continued accusations. I did after he cut me off tell him that I was still speaking and that he needed to let me finish a sentence, he again laughed at me. Told me he didn't want to fight with me. Of which I was not fighting, I was confident, and trying to speak, and find a solution but we could not get past even that fact that he could have said he needed to re quote and come back with the proper equipment even after taking care of some customers that were lined up because he never stopped talking, LITERALLY NEVER. I did tell him I had no problem giving the business to the company that referred us even if we had to wait. Now the part about him telling me that he had customers waiting and our job would hold him up. He in fact was 45 minutes late from the time he told us he would be here. Now, I didn't have any where to go so that didn't bother me at all. however to tell me that he valued everyone's time but ours showed me exactly how little he valued us as customers. At the end of this intense interaction he then accomplished his live version of hanging up on me. Threw his hands in the air AGAIN and left. I was honestly speechless, flabbergasted at what just happened. Like I was in a twilight zone. Gaslit, devalued and tossed aside. It is suspected, that also calls were made to red flag us. Now I included incompetence in my review not as a slander but an honest fact for this simple reason. The original receipt for the original tow to our house, that for many reasons actually made this car be lifted onto and off the truck 6 times stated that it did not need special equipment. The Gentleman that we called today to tow for us not only towed for a price that was less the the quote from bianco's but also lifted this car onto the truck with ease and speed. it took him no more then 15 minutes if even that to load the car with no special equipment.bianco's is not worth your time and certainly does not deserve

They were sent by State Farm to tow my car and he requested that the car be turned around - knowing full well it has a steering problem - but it made his job easier. He had ample room to get in the driveway, drop the deck and load without ever firing up my car. I called to ask him why it was driven like that as i was not there about this and he promptly told me off and hung up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Extremely unprofessional ( mike) the drive arrived in a bad mood to flat bed my car to the dealership on a Sunday. He drives to fast for road conditions, I was driving behind him in my car, he drove up a hill so fast that the bottom of my car bottomed out on the flat bed and when we got to the dealership parking lot he whipped my car off the flatbed ran to get into his truck and leave. I informed the GM protection plan agent not to use this towing service again and explained in detail what happened.

Very unprofessional. I had a flat tire and my insurance company called Bianco's to come out to help me. Before the insurance company had even gotten off the phone with them, someone stopped to help me, so my husband called to cancel the truck. I received four texts messages asking me to call Mike about the flat tire, but the full number was never provided; there was a number missing in the texts. I was in a bad cell service area, but when the phone rang, I answered it and confirmed that I did not need assistance and thanked them. The next night (Saturday) at 11:45 PM, I received a text from the same number saying "liar liar liar liar". This could have been a wrongly sent text, but still very unprofessional and uncalled for. I do have screenshots to prove all text messages.
