Nate the store manager in training In training has helped me multiple times and made my experience pleasant and as easy as possible. He really knows his stuff has a wonderful attitude and has always got the job done well. He's easy to talk to, fast, knowledgeable and efficient.

Recently I went to Auto Zone for a new battery. My old one was 8 yrs. old (hard to believe). Well, when the store manager went to install the battery we discovered that under the red rubber cover the positive post and clamp were all corroded. One turn on the clamp and the clamp pretty much snapped.. No problem, right. Just go into the store and get a new clamp. Well, the car was a Subaru and they have a special fitting. The store manager went far beyond what I would have expected. She called the local Subaru dealer, verified they had the part, and then drove to it to pick up the part. After installation she didn't even charge me for the Subaru part. That is a level of service that is rare nowadays and Auto Zone and the manager who helped me deserve a special thank you.

I was just at this AutoZone and a manager named Austin helped me tremendously with putting in a new battery and terminal. I would highly recommend this place for all your auto parts needs.

I went in for bulbs for my Chevy Colorado. The gentleman gruffly told me they were only available from the dealer. I looked up the model number on my phone on the AutoZone website and they were in stock. He interrupted me asking for them and told me I had to go to the dealer… the Advanced Auto across the street confirmed the bulb and had me checked out in less than 5 minutes.

My wife and I went to pick up a new headlight bulb for my daughter's car. We were quickly greeted by Morgan who was able to get us what we needed. She offered to help replace them, but we had driven our other car to the store. Morgan offered for us to come back the next day if we needed help. Well...24 hours later, we went back to get a key battery and to see if she could help. Without hesitation, Morgan gathered up a few tools and had both bulbs replaced quickly ( a lot quicker than I ever could have). Not only did she do this, but she also provided some helpful tips on the overall maintenance. Because of Morgan, we will forever only go to AutoZone for our parts.
