“I have a 2019 GCL 300 with 100,000 miles. Bud Smail completed my B Service and installed new spark plugs for a tune up. They also installed a new thermostat for the cooling system. Lot of work, but I want to keep the car in tip top. Service done well. No problems. about 2 weeks later, I had a windshield wiper come loose in the rain. They took me in immediately and got me back on the road. I am pleased with their service and performance. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone.”

He made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy. It honestly felt too good to be true. He took care of everything and it all went so smoothly. I had some minor dissatisfaction with my finished product, but they were able to fix it within 30 minutes of me just stopping in.”

“My 17 yo son needed new front brake pads for his Cobalt. He went to Napa for their lowest priced brake pads. They were 22.99 a set for the front pads. I believe it was Jeremy that helped him? Anyway, he begged my son to not put the cheaper pads on his car. When my son said thats all the money he had, Jeremy offered to sell him the next tier brake pads for the cost of the cheaper ones! I usually dont go to Napa much becaise they always seem to be a few dollars more than other stores. The actual concern for my son that they showed, and didnt have to, is worth more than the few extra dollars. I will buy from Napa as much as possible now!! Thank you!!!”
“I had a blown tire, and was driving on my donut. The service tech and manager at the tire center really took great care of me. At first I set an appointment with the two ladies and they were also super helpful, but they soonest they had was Tuesday 3 days away. I made the appointment and shopped in Walmart. After checking out I wanted to check about ordering the same tires, they didn't have them in store. That's when the tech and manager saw my spare on my car out front and offered to put a pair of Douglass tires on for me. It was 6:30pm they close in half an hour. They said you can't drive a spare until Tuesday. I was just so impressed by the level of care they showed me. When they could've made me wait until my appointment. The tires were cheaper than the ones I wanted to order so they saved me money. They also were super quick. they had two tires changed in maybe 15 to 20 minutes it was so quick I was driving home by 7pm. Dillon, Russell and whoever else was there on 11/22/2025 has my many thanks.”
