My tank wasn't checked when they filled up. I was leaking propane for months. My husband tightened it. Then we called to have them make sure it was good. Then was charged 239 dollar service fee.

Bought a house year ago and has their propane tank on it 500Lbs total ,called and ask them to remove tanks since we no longer will be using propane for heat or cooking ,well it has been year + and tanks are still sitting there and best part is they are now sending bill for rental of tanks ,talked to someone again and they are suppose to come and get them ,guess will have to send them certified letter charging storage or disposal fees

LIED TO ABOUT DELIVERY, WAS TOLD IT'S A FEDERAL LAW THAT SOMEONE MUST BE AT HOME FOR TECH TO CHECK FOR A PROPANE LEAK AND WOULD NOT RECONNECT TANK. AFTER 2WEEKS OF WAITING TECH CAME BACK OUT WHILE SOMEONE WAS HOME, NEVER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND RECONNECTED THE TANKS AND CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL 200.00 DOLLARS FOR HIM TO BREAK A FEDERAL LAW THAT STOPPED HIM FROM CONNECTING, HE TANKS IN THE BEGINNING.

Sent two emails for info 3 weeks ago ..no response...talked to some one at \\\"customer service\\\" who was rude...you change rules of delivery amount needed and tank rules EVERY YEAR....you guys are terrible and have very poor customer service...being able to talk to local company was the best

Literally the worst. Getting a person on the phone for help is almost impossible and when you do finally get a person they don’t know what they’re doing. I have set up automatic payments and deliveries 4 times now with the workers there and here I am without propane.. again. I ordered emergency delivery on Thursday and I was guaranteed delivery within 24 hours.. today is Sunday.. I have had no heat or hot water in these freezing temperatures.. if I could give 0 out of 5 starts I would..

If I could give this company a minus review I would. My elderly mother has been on automatic delivery for years and has had to make numerous phone calls for delivery. She has been at 1% on her propane tank and has called them several times and was told she will be getting the delivery in 24 to 48 hours. 3 days later still no delivery. I called them for her and they won't talk to me because I am not on the account. I even spoke with the supervisor and got nowhere. This company is the worst!!!!

Do yourself a favor don’t go with this place. They are the worst of the worst. And don’t even try to call their customer service line if you have babies and are out of propane. You’ll get Someone from a different country that doesn’t understand English. Very much a nightmare company and once these tanks are empty I’ll be switching. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. This company is so bad I don’t even use google reviews and I had to, to possibly save someone from making the mistake of going with them

they were automatic with refill. I wasn't home but Ring showed the driver came, filled and left with no incidents.

We have sold propane for 30+ years. A few years ago company we used at that time closed there business. Are welding supplier recommended AmeriGas. The first year they were OK, but lately they have been just horrible they either directly lie to you or are so unorganized.Nobody knows what is happening there. They have told us for the last Week, the truck is in route to one of our locations and still today we are waiting for its arrival. Think about this before you use them. If they treat a company that uses and sells quitealot of there propane, how do you think they would treat a private individual.Thanks for reading Ken Vegely

Don’t use, definitely if you use Liheap, they’ll ignore Liheaps payments and bill you any way. They’ll dig your ditch and throw you in it, leaving you in even more debt then you already are. Do NOT recommend.

Horrible business! Ordered propane and they gave me an estimated time frame they’d deliver it. Well the delivery time frame has passed and I called them and they said there hasn’t even been a delivery scheduled yet. They said they have a shortage of drivers and can’t deliver it on time. They won’t give me any kind of ETA as to when they are going to deliver. I’m very scared that I’m going to run out of heat in the middle of winter. How can a business do this to people and get away it? Their customer service online chat is a joke. The associate Amy was rude to me and closed down the chat after she said she can’t help me. This has to be the worst business I’ve encountered…and by reading the most recent reviews, I’m not the only one who has been left in the cold.
