Second time your company has my glasses come in but never call me to tell me they are in. This time was in and ordered pair in February and they were on back order and if I had not called today they would have sat at your location till next month or who knows when. Had this happen in Illinois as well. Guess time to find new eye dr.

I've been going here for years, had some negative experience with another doctor, tho I haven't seen her since. But Dr Sarsfield is an excellent Dr, she has a wonderful personality and treats you with utmost respect, plus they straightened my frames for me and added new screws, all with a smile ?

Mat has always treated me well. He takes the time to answer all my questions. Dr Sarsfield always takes her time, doesn't rush. I have been going to the Greensburg America's best for years because of these fine people.

Second year at America's Best in Greensburg. Professional staff, thorough, and very knowledgeable.Easy to schedule an appointment and convienently located off US Route 30.Last year, I didn't have insurance, but pricing was still reasonable for an examination and two pairs of prescription sunglasses. I even used my one year warranty for a full replacement when one of my pairs of sunglasses was scratched in the beach surf at Hilton Head SC.... A full replacement, just not the scratched lens!This year, with insurance, all was covered, including the examination and one pair of new progressive lens glasses and frames. I I was so thankful for having the insurance that I purchased a second pair at a 40% discount.From my perspective, there are no negative issues at all with America's Best in Greensburg. I'll definitely be coming back next year.

Dr J was thorough, I highly recommend. My eyeglass consultation Becca is very knowledgeable and helpful. Becca arranged for keeping me within my budget. I highly recommend the Greensburg PA location.

Would have scheduled an appointment if the staff wasn’t so rude! Definitely not accommodating to the working class!! Thanks Becca for your horrible customer service! You should get a job where u don’t deal with people!!

Didn’t have my chart as an established patient. The Dr. Porter made me feel as if I shouldn’t have been there since it’s “just distance”. Had I known Dr. Sarsfield was off on Wednesdays I wouldn’t have taken the appointment. NO ONE asked if I had insurance and then tried to charge me nearly $500. Felt like she kept trying to upsell me.Acted like it was my fault that they didn’t have my insurance.Melissa at check out wasn’t at all helpful. She was borderline rude. Didn’t make eye contact. Didn’t explain why I needed a certain lens type and sanding for the frame I chose until I said that I was being overcharged.This will be my families last visit to this business.

The last two times I had an appointment they called the morning of and canceled. They say they don’t have a doctor available. Why are you scheduling appointments if you don’t have a doctor! I will not be returning to America’s Best.

Very busy there, little bit of a wait. However the staff is very nice and very helpful. The Dr. I saw it the same. She was very courteous and helpful. Plus the prices are very reasonable as well.

Call them to make payment over the phone for two pairs of glasses. I was on a 15 minute hold and then hung up on. What kind of people do they have working here?

Well you can't be 2 minutes late. They'll reschedule you. They don't care how far you came from either, and the doctor always hangs up on you on phone calls. The prescriptions they write for your eyes, they only write THEIR brand. so you can't go somewhere that's cheaper to get contacts or glasses
