Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. One of their insured drivers backed into my wife's car, damaging the front bumper and A/C system, and then sped off. Police found him a few blocks away, and he admitted fault on the spot, and that is included in the police report. Took the vehicle to two different shops, and the response to both shops from AAA was "they didn't get the pictures quite how we wanted them, you'll have to take it to one of our preferred shops." Even though I have the right to chose any shop I want, they must have that workaround figured out. The adjuster had the wrong contact info for myself, and gave 3 different numbers to 3 different companies during this long, drawn out 2.5 month process. Nobody could get a hold of me to provide updates, because she couldn't get the numbers right. Finally after getting it to the shop of THEIR choice, the estimator from AAA, who hasn't even physically seen the car, decides that the air conditioner wasn't damaged by the collision. Which is interesting because it hissed and leaked out all the freon while the other car was still against mine. Unnecessarily difficult and drawn out for no reason. If you ever get involved in an accident with someone who has AAA, just save yourself the aggravation and forget filing a claim. Very disappointed with Valerie and Patrick. Neither answer the phone when you call, and rarely return a call within 72 hours.

AAA itself is a fantastic service, and being a premium member pays for itself. I am however displeased with the first person who answered my call, older male, inept and should not be answering roadside assistance (he could be fine with customer service generally, but a lot of people who call are in emergencies)
I will however give stars because they found a tow driver VERY quickly for me. Very quickly like my car was out of the way on a grass median between walmart and urban air. The driver waits in the walmart between jobs, so I'm glad that the agent was able to assign them in such short time.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner and if she didn't know an answer she found the person in that department and resolved my issue promptly.Thank you Michelle, Definitely recommend the East Gate Plaza office of AAA!

I’ve been a AAA member for like 39 years, but this disorganized stuff is rather irritating. Google says AAA updated their hours recently. Closes Saturday at 2. I Drive clear across town and find that they close at 1. Poorly managed sometimes.

Second trip to this office for simple paperwork on my policy and Skip is still on the phone just like he was last time when I stopped here if I could give this office a zero I would the last time I had to wait it was over a half an hour and I can see I'm going to end up telling them to send me the paperwork again. As you can see it's not like anybody else is sitting here waiting and in fact somebody came in after me and has been waited on before me

Seriously thinking of going elsewhere simply because I can never get in touch with anyone. My agent's office never answers the phone and the 800 number leaves you on hold until you finally give up and just hang up.
