“Dr. Bernadette Santos is a wonderful vet. I brought my extremely anxious 17-year old cat who always freaks out at the vet to see her for a checkup. She was kind and gentle with Dolly and for the first time in years Dolly allowed a vet to handle her without freaking out. Dr Santos is smart and compassionate and the visit went well. I highly recommend Dr Santos and Pittsburgh Spay and Vaccination Clinic.”

“Dr. El Nahal and Cathy have provided exceptional care to my family's cats for more than two decades, helping provide long and happy lives for all of our cats through the years. They have such a thorough knowledge of feline veterinary medicine that has helped provide life-saving or life-improving medications or treatments that other vets have not offered or had knowledge of. Most recently, Doc helped us navigate the challenges of slowing the progression of our senior cat's chronic kidney disease. Through his care, I am confident that we were able to enjoy many additional months of quality companionship with our beloved cat that we would not otherwise have been able to have. They are simply wonderful people who have an intuitive sense of making both cats and their humans comfortable and at ease. “All the doctors at the Penn Animal hospital are very good and accommodating. What's really nice is they have an open Vet time Monday through Friday 10 AM to 1 PM whereas you can just walk in, you don't need an appointment during this time?”

“My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.”

“First, they were able to get us in the same day. Which is very rare for a veterinarian.Dr. Sweeney and his associate were so kind and gentle with our cat during the examination. His diagnosis was bad. Dr. Sweeney gave us time to process and decide the next step without any rush. He gave our cat an injection to put him to sleep before the euthanasia injection and this made us feel more comfortable staying with him until the end. When his ashes were returned, he included a paw print out of clay and a heartfelt card expressing his condolances. Simply amazing, I wish we would of found him sooner to care for all our animals.”

“This review is long overdue - I have been coming to EEVMC for 4.5 years now, first with my sweet elderly shih tzu. Dr. Cramer and Sydney took the very best care of her, especially in her last weeks of life. I decided to put her to sleep at the vet and it was the most peaceful and compassionate experience that I could have asked for. They sent a sweet sympathy card with seeds that I could plant in her memory.I now have two kittens and Dr. Madineni and team have been so helpful and proactive.I highly highly recommend EEVMC!!!”

“I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and they turned my dog away. They could of made an exception, but they didn't. This was my fault that I was late, but still very disappointing. I have decided to pay double the price and go somewhere that they understand when you are running late, and their customer service is a little more friendly. If you are going to do business with this place, make sure that you are running a tight ship, because they stick to their rules. The 5 star review is so that this gets read, and people don't take time off of work for nothing.”

“We switch to A Step Up vet when our dog was 10 years old from another office. It was the best decision we made for our boxer. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Sadly, we lost our boxer at 12 1/2 years. The staff treated our dog and family with tremendous respect and compassion. We are eternally grateful for the care she has received. “I took my cat, Chip, in for his annual exam at the Cat Clinic to get his shots. The staff at the Cat Clinic were great. They were gentle and sweet with Chip. They completed his exam efficiently and we were back home within a half hour. The office was clean and welcoming. It’s always hard finding a new vet but we couldn’t be happier with the Cat Clinic.”

“We have went to A.C. for the past 6 years. Our dog is a house dog and hunting companion. They have always advised us well. And recently we had to have a small cyst removed from our German Short Haired Pointers throat. It was as smooth and simple of a process as can be for a large, high energy dog, having a small surgery in a bad location.”

“I was really happy they took in my wounded cat within a day online. It was a lifesaver. He got a bite or wound on his nose. He got stiches that day and was seen in morning. I will be do a recheck in two weeks i hope my kitty wound heals. Went for second appointment and was pleased with vet. My cat nose is basically normal. I give lots credit to vet that did the stitches. Wow look at his nose now. What a great job he did. This happened in august now its november. Its a little steep but worth it. Now i have pet insurance”

“So great with my dog, her oops puppies, her spaying went perfectly, and great with my husband's dog. Only issue is the dog there doesn't seem good with other dogs or kids. Which your business revolves around other animals and the dog freaks out every time I walked in or it saw me.”
