“Lumber Direct handles the UPS returns or shipping. Although I didn't utilize UPS today, I have used it before. Simple and easy with no problems when I did use it.”
“The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem”
