I called last week and explained to Kim our situation, we unfortunately have not had much luck with groomers in the past, our dog has an awful lot of energy and anxiety. Now also dealing with a flea issue it was so important to get him into a groomer. When I called she listened to my concers and did everything she could to ease my worries. She got him scheduled within a week and made sure he was in a quiet calm environment to ease his stress. Not only was it the fastest he has ever been groomed, when I picked him up he was very happy and looked adorable! She did a great job with him. I'm so happy to have found such a great local groomer!
