Just completed what will be the first of multiple (inter-state) used Tesla transactions for family members. First vehicle (Model X) was for my parents - the next (Model S) will be for my son. Most impressive is the commitment to making sure their customers are in the vehicle they need, that they would drive for themselves. Told them how much oil my car needs (3.7L) and they put 4L in it so it’s not a big deal but it’s just not great for your car to have extra oil
