In 2017 a deer hit the right front fender area on my car so I was able to drive it to this body shop. They provided an estimate for our insrance and did the repair work. We were satisfied with the work. However a few years later we need to change a dead battery which is located in the damage area. We could not remove the plastice piece holding down the battery since the screw was just turning. This body shop had glued the plastic battery tray holding the tapped metal block for the screw. Their repair failed to hold the metal block from turning so the screw turned too! They don't know how to do mechanic work!

It’s taken 3 months and 2 trips (so far) to finish fixing my truck. It seems like they don’t care about getting it finished.

Just had my car fixed at Choice Collision, wonderful service , nice people, loved the cat Binx, and Kim was great. Scraped the ice off window of my rental when I picked it up! Thanks everyone !!

Just had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma detailed. Fast and friendly service. only took about an hour. My truck looked cleaner than it did when I originally bought it. Also there is a really cool cat named Binx that'll keep you company while you wait. 5/5 stars.

My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the customer service and body repair work that was done to our vehicle! They went above and beyond to make sure that all issues were taken care of! They fought for the dealership where we bought the car to step up and fix the issues they needed to correctly, while keeping us informed every step of the way! I highly reccomend Choice Collision!!

I called Chris after I wrecked my brand new Hyundai sonata I was in a panic and low on money and I explained everything to him and he was absolutely wonderful letting me know that he would do everything that he could to help me. He came with his tow truck and towed my vehicle to his workshop and within 2 days he had my vehicle fixed completely and at the lowest possible price which I greatly appreciated. My car is running perfectly and I am so happy that I took my car to Henson's to be fixed. Chris is an amazing guy and truly does want to help you in any way that he can. I highly recommend that you take your vehicle to Henson's to have work done because Chris is just wonderful and will do everything he can to help. Thank you so much again Chris for helping me and my fiance with our car we are forever grateful to you.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my car worked on. My car was involved in an accident which was a stressful experience, but Henson's helped take the stress away and make it a very pleasant situation. Henson's was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They did exceptional work on the outside of my car and even cleaned the inside as well! I highly recommend them!!!!

Excellent work and customer service. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and returned to me in better than brand new condition. I wasn't expecting my car to be cleaned on the inside also! I highly recommended Henson's Collision.
