I would never recommend this business. The guy I spoke to today was extremely rude. I am having a hard time getting my son’s medication. So I have been calling around to different pharmacies to see if anyone has it. When I asked if they had it so I could have the doctor send over the script, he said “but that would take the medicine away from their current customers “. I said “so you don’t want any new customers”? As I was willing to move all 8 of my family members to Carl’s. Then he said, “no we’re good”!!Really? So much for the “friendly, hometown pharmacy “. Such awful service and my 13yo suffers without his medication.

I have been a loyal customer for 16 years over the past year I had two separate instances with a woman pharmacist where I complained to the manager. Ever since I made the complaint I felt like no one believed me about the Judgment that I felt. I was told that I was there to pick up a script early when I wasn't I asked to show them on my calendar that I wasn't early but then was told I'll fill it anyways for you this one time that was a few months ago. Today I had to pick up a script because I was going out of town a day early the doctor noted his permission to pick up one day early I was told to try somewhere else it was against their policy my doctor called in to speak to the male pharmacist and the male pharmacist told my doctor that I try to do this all the time. I don't know how I pick up medicine all the time early when it's not even their policy so that's a bold-faced lie! well good job Carl's you finally chased me away after 16 years. one thing I will not tolerate is being lied on, you only have one thing that can't be taken in life and thats your name. not okay !!! one good note the ladies are always very very kind in there that wait on you at the counter and always has been. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and maybe doing more after how I was treated today!

One of the finest pharmacies in the area, if not the absolute finest. The staff is personable and friendly. The pharmacist definitely take care of their patients overall care with regards to prescription medications and its interactions. They are always available for questions as well. We have never had any issues with getting prescriptions filled. We would indeed recommend this pharmacy above and beyond any of the national chains of pharmacies!

It still amazes me that people put up with waiting and dealing with places like cvs and Walmart for their prescriptions. Carl's is the only place I will ever use for mine. 15 minute wait times tops on almost all prescriptions. Family friendly atmosphere with caring staff and the costs are all comparative to ever other place. Phone in your refil and actually have it ready when they tell you so why deal with a place that lies to you. Give this place a try. I'm sure they will even go out of their way to transfer everything and set you up.

Arrogance and no knowledge of 2 insurances. Gentleman pharmacist is good but the lady pharmacist has a God complex and no customer service skills. Had script for over 6 hours when told it would be done in 1 hour. No call to say it was going to take longer . And when my wife came in she gave attitude like it was my wife's fault. We will never go back.
