Bowers is an absolute joke!
I replaced my inner and outer tie rod ends and scheduled an appt to have my vehicle aligned. Obviously because I don't have an alignment machine.
I had my girlfriend take it over while I was at work. She texts me and tells me that they are telling her it needs all these parts (typical for a mechanic to prey on women). So I told her to have them call me. They called me and told me it needed new cam bolts and new INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS.
So let me get this straight, I replaced the inner and outer tie rods and its now in there for an alignment to finish the job but yet the inner and outer tie rods need replaced...INTERESTING!!
So to humor my self, I had him supply me with a quote to do what he said needs done and his quote was $605.
After getting off the phone, I discussed the situation with my co workers (6 that were nearby) and when I mentioned that it was at bill Bowers, everyone of them told me to never go there because he is a con artist and I would agree since he charged us a $70 "CHECK OUT FEE".
Absolute con artist!!!

Hollis' customer service went above and beyond. They provided me a loaner vehicle and even picked me up at my house when I had no way to retrieve the loaner vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely do business with them again.

Had Bill Bowers change my tires. They were prompt in their responses and were very helpful streamlining the process. Prompt as well with getting my car in and when they said the car would be done. Had the TPMS sensor flip on not too long after the new tires went on, but they were very willing to help troubleshoot. Ended up just needing recalibration which was super easy.

Called about a slow leak. Staff were able to get me in later that week.They were able to find the leak and fix the tire. Great customer service and a comfortable waiting room.

Bowers Tire and Auto provides a much needed and great service. In the process of performing the requested service they check out the vehicle for any potential other issues to be reviewed with the customer. This is a very much needed service and not sure how many facilities help the owner prevent future issues. We are very appreciative of their care for our vehicles!Services: Transmission

I've had my yearly inspections done at Bill Bowers since I moved to PA. They are often busy, because they provide good service. They take the time to check tires and oil when I have stopped by on occasion without an appointment. I trust them with my car.
