Took my car in because my 2021 crv black strips around windows were warping and needed replaced and 4 months later I was notified that the car was done went to pick it up after hours and after being told keys would be in it there were no keys black stripes all over the white pearl paint and battery was dead. After finally getting it home the vehicle still had marks all over it and the car had to go back the second time it came back to me there was a dent and 2 scratches in the passenger door and Honda proceeds to tell me that there is nothing more they can do! The dent was pulled out but now I am supposed to deal with touch up paint on my door! The car was not damaged when it was taken to antram way Honda! Called in to speak with owner and never received a call back….someone needs to take the time to watch the cameras to see who and what damaged my car but apparently that’s to much to ask! It’s a shame that I will need to go through the insurance company and let them know what happened to try to get my vehicle fixed! Can’t trust anyone anymore! Take pictures of your vehicle before dropping it off!I spoke to the GM and he was searching for the pictures that were taken of my vehicle by their staff and have been waiting on a call back and that was a week ago. I wasn’t given any options to even settle on an agreement! My only option now is to contact a lawyer! I don’t deserve to get my car back damaged!

Can't say they don't get the job done as far as the service dept. but you will pay through the nose! Probably relative to the economy but @ $150 an hour for labor? Recently had a A/C issue addressed (part $51.00 labor $1050.00).It is what it is I guess but when I leave there after dropping that much can't help feel like surviving 1st week in the penitentiary.Jake is an awesome salesman btw!

My family has been coming here for years. Haven't bought every car here but a few for sure and had some service done as well. I usually get my parts from them too when working on my accord or odyssey. They've always treated me well, very honest dealership. Oh, and Dwight in service is the best!!!

Terrible experience, if you have a vehicle that needs more than an oil change an breaks dont bring it here. My car sat there for a month because of a misfire. They ended up charging me $1,000 for work i already had done and did even have the decency to put the correct valve cover bolts back on.. just some random bolt they thought would fit. They scratched my wheel up pretty bad when they put the lug nut back on. Long story short, they have no respect for your stuff, they'll over charge you, damage your property, and wont even figure out the problem with the car. 0/10 if i could.

Anything they can charge you for they will. Typical dealership trying to make money off people. Dropped my car off for service came to pick it up after hours and no key was left in my car. I am now without my car until they open tomorrow. Blown away by the lack of service from this place.

Zero stars if applicable. Called to order parts. I was told they had them. I tried to buy them over the phone as he said only one left. I was told by randy I didn't need to pay I could when I got there and he would have them waiting on the counter for me at the part department. I then drive an hour and a half away to pick them up like we discussed on the phone. I get there and the parts are there but with someone else's name on them. I explain I drove all the way up to pa bc I was promised parts by randy would be sitting waiting on me. Randy wouldn't speak with me directly he kept going to the back. His partner I believe her name was Tanya was helpful and didn't mind the hassle of picking up his slack. I never got the parts promised and wasted gas attempting to go off his word. Such a waste of time.

Buy a used 2021 Honda Civic there was no pressure to buy it The car was in good condition in the salesman wasn't trying to upsell me there were a couple hidden fees but every car dealership has those for buying a car it was actually a good experience for once unlike going to Buchanan where they're going to rip you off no matter what

I have purchased many cars and this was by far one of the easiest and simple transactions! My salesmen Tom was super helpful as I came from out of state he adjusted his hours so I could come up after work to see the vehicle. Quality service, do expect an upsell for service but they're usually good with only upselling service you'll be needing within a couple months. They won't push anything on you but will suggest repairs.Usually take your car through the car wash after a service which is nice.

Car shopping should be a pleasant experience and Antrim Way Honda did not disappoint! I was going to visit several different dealerships, but after test driving a few vehicles here I knew I wouldn’t need to. I’d like to thank sales consultant Tom Detweiler for his time and expertise. Also a shout out to finance manager Jennifer Vance. Both of them were helpful and informative. I highly recommend Antrim Way Honda.

We recently visited this dealership to purchase a Honda CRV. John Oliver patiently answered all our questions/concerns, allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles on local roads and highway. I have been to other dealerships where the sales consultants were too pushy, were reluctant to allow us checking out multiple vehicles and let us test drive only couple of miles. After buying the vehicle, it needed a brake flush and Antrim Way Honda did it for free.

Great deal on a certified pre-owned Honda Civic. Customer service was overall very hospitable and flexible with our schedule. A few minor issues were higher than expected interest rate (than listed on website) and a push to buy unwanted warranty. Nevertheless, it was a mostly painless process. Our salesman greeted us in the parking lot, gave us helpful advice, a tour of the car, and even helped me connect my phone. Would recommend Antrim Way Honda to a friend.
