Jonathan was a HUGE help and made the car buying process so much more comfortable after having a not so great experience at a different dealership. He and the rest of the staff were so personable and helpful so I could get the car I wanted! I would highly highly recommend going to Jonathan at Antrim Way in the future!

John is very knowlegable about details of the vehicle he is selling, and works with the buyer and gets answers to questions the buyers may have. Assist very much in making the vehicle purchase transaction as smooth as posible . John is wonderful salesman and I would buy from him again !!!

Awesome Customer Service. My wife and I purchased a New CRV on Nov 7th and we are very happy . this is our second CRV but our 4th Honda that we owned . Thank you Tom for your help before, during, and after the sale . Even when you were on vacation you even returned my text . Can't get any better then that. My wife loves her new CRV . UPDATE : On July 7 2024 my wife and I were in a head on collision. We only had our CRV about a year and a half. We contacted Tom because and said we need another vehicle because our was totalled. He couldn't believe it. Long story short, with alot of issues dealing with our insurance company Tom Detwiler was a super salesmen with the purchase of another vehicle.We ended getting a Passport Trailsport. My concern was safety. Not that I ever felt unsafe in our CRV . But I knew we needed something bigger if for no other reason was peace of mind. Tom was so good with us and even let us contact him while he was on vacation . If you are interested in a honda or just want to look at new vehicle's, just take some time and stop at Antrim Way Honda and speak with Tom Detwiler..

Great service and reasonable prices. Free car wash with service appointment. A small putting green and walking trail makes your wait time more enjoyable.

Today we picked up my son’s Honda Pilot after paying $500.00 to have the battery replaced. They said it was good to go fully tested. 38 miles later the car quit working and the battery was dead. After talking with the service person they agreed to tow it back to the dealership. They indicated that it could be the alternator and would cost another $900.00. I asked if they had one in stock and they said they did. So I took it that the car would be done today but I was wrong. Now after 6 days at the dealership we still don’t have a car. I put 560 miles on my car and $80 in gas. The car might be done tomorrow but no guarantee. I tried to talk with the service manager but he seemed not to be available. I would not recommend this service department to repair your car.

Dom helped me and getting new wheels and tires mounted. Had absolutely no issues whatsoever and all the staff were very to the point and kind, even struck up a conversation with some of them! They put my old lugs and centric hubs in their own bag and even placed bags in my trunk so my old wheels weren’t just scooted into the back, a great show of patronage and service. I don’t own a Honda but I can guarantee Antrim cares for its customers!

I remember the days when this place used to be awesome. Now it seems like every time I go in the café is closed for some reason. Let’s be honest and say that it’s one of the reasons why we go here. Aside from waiting hungry in the lobby, My service advisor tried to upsell me multiple times. He indicated there was wear on the tire and I needed an alignment, I thought that was interesting as I had just had the vehicle inspected a month prior with no indication of such. Sure enough, upon checking out the paperwork indicated there was no such wear. Lastly, My sticker indicated that I only had 4000 miles to drive before my next oil change when I had full synthetic put in. Even Honda recommends 7,500 to 10,000 mile oil changes with full synthetic. It’s time to do better Antrim Way Honda!

Tom D at Antrim Way is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy when looking at cars. A salesman like that is what you should love to look for!
