“First time visiting this flea market. I absolutely LOVED it!! They have a HUGE selection of antiques and other collectibles. They've got a downstairs section that has the more collectable things like baseball cards and Funko Pops and card games and things like that. Upstairs is more of the flea market/antiques kinda thing. They're open 7 days a week from 10 am thru 6 pm unless otherwise noted on their Facebook page. The guy who rang us up said they put out new things on their Facebook page and update their hours if needed on the Facebook page too. If you live close to Hagerstown MD or like to go to flea markets like I do, then give them a try. I recommend more than an hour because we only had about an hour and 20 minutes before they closed and we didn't get all the way through it. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!!”
“I only had 15 minutes to spare, so I stopped here today for a quick visit. What a cute place! I enjoyed the atmosphere. There was free coffee at the door as customers walked in, rows of small booths mixed with old antique and newer items, and the cashier (who may have possibly been the owner) was very fun to talk to. The prices were reasonable and, as an added bonus, the restroom was clean and tidy, too. I didn't see any furniture pieces. However, I only had time to breeze through the first two rows. I will absolutely be back to venture through the other rows I missed during my short visit. Go check it out.”
“Just took their Chalk Mineral Paint Basics Workshop last night and LOVED it! The ladies were so helpful and encouraging while providing feedback so we could walk away feeling confident how to implement the techniques we learned at home. We got to keep 4 sample boards we created as well as step by step instructions of what we did on each board for our use at home. They even went as far as providing their business card so that when we started painting furniture at home we could reach out to them for support if we hit a snag. Just above and beyond all around. Will DEFINITELY be taking a workshop again soon!”
“My first experience with Gateway Gallery Auction was excellent from start to finish. All of the 13 lots that I purchased were exactly as expected. While I would have appreciated a little more in the descriptions, it strikes me that this auction house is thorough in their assessment of items - and only adds detailed commentary if an anomaly is noted. Regardless of the detail in the written descriptions; I very much appreciated the quick and complete responses that I received to my five or so questions regarding specific lots. The front office folks were pleasant and easy to work with. I drove from almost 400 miles away to pick up my items in person - and was very pleased by the accommodating actions of the staff who were packing items for shipping to other customers. They gave me space in their work area to pack my own items and were very helpful. In summary, a good experience and an auction house that I will keep in mind for my future needs.”
“Real friendly owners, the prices are kind of high, but this isn't a diggers kind of store. The items being offered are finely curated and in very good condition. I love the drive to get here.”
“Stopped in to browse the vendors merchandise. Varied selection of antiques, collectibles, crafts and etc. Great place to pick up a unique gift for any occasion or something for yourself.”
“I buy a lot of items at this store and just recently a high end dining table and chairs at a remarkable price. The owners are so nice and accommodating… truly a hidden gem in this town.”
“Staff is super friendly. The antiques were really nice some of the older clocks, cameras, and shaving kits were really neat. If you would like a great environment to find some nice collectables, I would recommend coming here.”
