Bought a prime rib rack a few years ago cost over $250.00 grass few Yada Yada and had no flavor and tuff,to me not worth my time. I have spent $80 for a aged rib eye in a resturaunt and well worth it

Perfect neighborhood butcher ???. Great meat selections both frozen and fresh. Also carries local honey and organic products (e.g. Wild Fox). Folks are friendly and help with making selections, this is my second visit so far and I'm not disappointed! Highly recommended

If I could go to zero I would this guy charged me $53 for an un butchered tri-tip roast picture to follow had fat cap and silver skin on it. The fat has been left on and it looks like it's been jabbed at by someone who's never been taught how to use a knife. the kid at the counter was cocky and very useless every time you ask a question ,they treat you like they're doing you a favor.

Last Christmas steaks were perfect , this year not at all . Ordered 4 8ozs and 2 6ozs.Which should have weighed 2lb 12ozs, got home and weighed bag , 2lb 10ozs !!!Once opened could see immediately there wasn’t not 4 x 8oz size steaks !1 out of the 8oz was pure grizzle and thick fatty edge , grandson unable to eat !! One of the 6 Oz was all grizzle and in a two chunk piece ( like the leftover end of cut) .Compared to last year we all agree that the quality was not as good sad to say .

Got some chip steak a couple weeks ago. It was very good but guess I should have asked the price first. $15/pound!! Really? I paid $6.99 at Fredericks in Quakertown and it was just as good.

I took my deer here to get processed. Had a very bad experience.First of all, I never actually met the butcher. Everything was done via text.The biggest thing...100 % why I am never going back and suggest you never take your deer there, the forms he has you fill out arent accurate. There was no spot for steak on the form. Which I was fine with, because i dislike venison steak. He turned some of my deer into steak without mentioning thats what happens. It sucked so bad. He aloo offers limited cuts of meat for the deer and his ground meat comes in 2 pound packages. Very impractical on my end. Probably saves him money, but think of the customer.Also, very pushy to get my deer once done. Most deer processing takes a few weeks. He had it done in a few days. And said I had to pick it up ASAP because his freezer was full even though I was traveling. Gave me no heads up or timeline.Over all just a bad experience and will never use this place for deer processing again. Stay away
