Your Service Manager had my tire repaired even though they were very busy. While I waited I had a nice chat with Salesman Brian Mondschein about my lease end and told him I would be in to get our next car from Quigley Chevrolet because of the service Erica Urrutia. “I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).”

“Jen was very responsive when I first submitted an inquiry on a new Chevy Bolt EUV, and made the time for me to come to the dealership the same day (on a Saturday afternoon), which was greatly appreciated. Jen was super nice and very easy to work with. We were able to work up a deal and contracts pretty quickly, and I was very happy that I was able to take the car home with me that same evening! I also appreciated the staff's knowledge of electric vehicles and the various incentives/programs for buying an EV.”

“Rear-ended in Saylorsburg, PA on October -- Friday 13th!Fortunately, nobody was hurt!...except the car and it didn't look especially "bad" but my normal repair guy [Ken Carr at Carr's Automotive], when asked, suggested even the minor damage would "ding the value.""Okay, where's a good place to take it?""Take it to Jon Hager Auto Repair in Telford! He's a good guy, will do a great job and will treat you well!And that's exactly what happened. Jon was very cooperative, did a great job, completed the car in reasonable time and gave me back my 2021 Honda CRV looking like new! He even took care of a few minor parking lot scratches, etc. - I mean it looked inside and out like a new car! “I went to Ciocca to buy a 2024 Ford Maverick, Dane was my salesman and he listened to what exactly I was looking for and did a great job. Although I wasn’t able to drive home that day with my new truck due to a recall that so happened to come in as I was about to sign. Dane did a great job at getting the vehicle done quickly and kept me up to date. I picked up the truck two days later. All in all everyone made buying the truck easy and painless.
