John bent over backwards to provide different options in real time over the phone, then quickly verified the integrity of the rim when we got to his shop, and then ordered the OEM-recommended tire for delivery the next morning. He went above and beyond and trying to help us out with rental car options, local hotels, etc. He also tolerated some pretty poor decisions I was making while I was still in "fight or flight" mode with various external pressures.
He's going to call us as soon as the tire is in, so we can get on our way and get home. He did everything he could to find solutions at each step of the way. This is what small businesses do that you won't necessarily get at larger chains.”

“Use for towing/towing! Accident with a deer on the 81 ?? great service!! ? Seriously, I couldn't have asked for much better! He helped us find a hotel, waited at 2 places to make sure everything was sorted! Answered all our questions all with a very honest price ???? my vehicle was in very poor condition and I was unfortunately poorly insured so... We settled this so that he would buy my car (he didn't did not give the expected amount... But to match the price of the court located a little further away) thank you for everything ?”
