I don’t get my Mail at my door it’s way down the street..I just got out of the hospital after being sick for over a month with RSV and pneumonia and all most died.. I don’t have anyone to get it for me. I called the post office to ask if the post lady could be so kindly to drop it off for me the lady that answered the phone was so rude about it she said that this will not be an everyday thing that she would pull it. But I have yet to receive my mail. The post master man was nice enough 2 years ago when are house hold had Covid he took time out of his lunch break to drop my mail off then. They pass my home everyday but can’t pull into my road and come down 4 houses to help me out. Thanks Grantville post office for having such a rude worker that has no heart when someone is on oxygen….

Love a Post Office that answers the phone. I am so glad to have the Grantville Post Office to go to for my needs, just wish they weremy mail carrier instead of Lower Paxton. Have to put in a good word for Beth at Grantville,what a sweetheart to work with, we need more like her.

Normally there is a gentleman at the office that is very understanding and nice to work with. This lady that has been there the last 2 days is causing issues me delays because the label is short a pound. Offered to pay for extra postage and she wouldn’t take it!! No wonder the post office will soon be a thing of the past teach customer service. Or loose a loyal customer to ups or fed ex.

Great post office with amazing people!! They always do their best to answer my questions. If I need something redelivered it is never a problem. Sad they changed their hours of operation. I only ship USPS!!
