Came here as part of our anniversary trip and the staff were all amazing and kind, the room spacious with great breakfast and pool was fun! Winner Circle Saloon and line dancing is a blast!! Highly recommend!
Rooms: We got a suite and it was very spacious for the kiddos and very clean!
Nearby activities: Winner Circle Saloon line dancing in the lobby id always a highlight!
Walkability: The hotel is set up great with ease and accessibility to rooms, bathrooms, dining
Food and drinks: Great breakfast in the morning! The eggs were amazing!

Place does not need renovations it needs to be leveled. No hot tub. Pool was too Cloudy to swim in. No balcony furniture. Just parties singing and screaming all night!
Rooms: A total waste of $220.

Unpleasant hotel, I can't see why any one would stay here unless they absolutely had to. Rooms are dated and dirty. There was leftover tissue under the sink and the bathtub was blocked so water pooled as I showered. Matress was sunken and you could feel springs underneath. Room smelled strange. The list goes on.

Checked in , the room card did not work, they moved us to another room, got up in the middle of the night , toilette didn't flush, told them in the morning and got back to the room 8.00 at night and the toilette still didn't flush. I also forgot to mention their was no hot water. They changed my room again and there was no water in the toilette. Moved my room again and the tub was filthy. It was a shithole and still no hot water. I called corporate and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I prepaid , so I wasn't going to leave. I've stayed in alot of Holiday Inns over 20 years and never had this problem, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

Old and worn. Reasonably clean, but lots of things were not in working condition (e.g. toilet, telephone, shower head). I would avoid this hotel if possible.
Noteworthy details: Needs to be extensively refurbished.

I work all over the place and basically live in hotels. I walked into the room and it was 76 degrees. Tried turning on ac and it wouldn’t turn on. Tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer. Half of the outlets didn’t work.

Quiet area, room and bed were fine, but need a facelift. No complaints other than sharing the room with a large, noisy cricket.
Staff was helpful.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned! Dirty wash rag in the shower when I checked in! I called front desk and housekeeping came up 45 min later just to give me an extra wash cloth! After unpacking ordered pizza from down stairs we realized there wasn’t a microwave so we called back down and they brought up. Microwave 30 min later ! Then , as I have my family here for Hershey park, the toilet does not flush and I called down stairs and I got no answer but was redirected to the 800 customer service line so I got frustrated and just went to bed. It’s been a long day and I’m on the third floor so didn’t feel like going back down stairs but all in all, I will not stay here again! And room was paid for already before checking in and still charged 40 for a deposit!

Was immediately greeted with a luxury 5 star lobby, best I’ve ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Restaurant, Tavern, looked luxury. Rooms, not at all. Rooms are cramped, they advertise Queen Size beds when they’re Full, no mini fridge, stains on the couch, was given bedsheets with yellow stains on them, it was awful. I only give this a three star for service and food

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking two nights a month in advance, upon arrival after a long drive, I was informed by the front desk staff that while they could see my reservation, the hotel was fully booked, and no room was available. What made the situation even worse was that they admitted to knowing they had overbooked, yet never contacted me to inform me in advance, leaving me stranded with nowhere to stay. I was unable to address the issue further at the time, as I was already late for an event. Fortunately, my travel agent was able to secure a full refund; however, the hotel staff offered no assistance and acted in an unprofessional manner throughout the interaction.
