5044 West Chester Pike, Edgmont“This has been my go-to post office for almost 10 years. Stephanie and Michelle are extremely kind, helpful and always great me with a smile! I give them a ton of credit for all their hard work, knowledge and their ability to deal with rude customers especially during the busy holiday season. Their friendliness and positive attitude is why I choose this post office over many in the area. Thank you as always!”
7:30AM - 1PM 1:30 - 4:15PM
844 E Street Rd, Westtown“The girls in here are incredible. I had 50+ certified mail envelopes that had to go out, these two went out of their way to make sure every one of them was correct AND would get out before Labor Day weekend and were truly happy to do it. [ YOU KNOW MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN MOANIN & GROANIN w/ an order like that]. I couldn’t have made this happen without them. (If you’re curious, @ the post office it cost like 270$ when at UPS it would have cost over $1,100 for the same thing). Lucky to have this post office close by. Excellent service.”
“This is the best post office ever. From my mailman to the kind people in the office, Morton really lucked out with this group of people. My mail is ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner and I have never had an issue in the 10+ years I have lived here. Thank you Morton Post office for a job well done!”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
490 Lancaster Ave #15, Malvern“Always a great experience. The workers are professional and uplifting. I go out of my way to come to this post office instead of the one in Exton, that is filled with rude and miserable workers.”
“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”
“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
3576 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”
“Thank you very much Tiffany for your recommendation, you will never know how much that meant to me. Great customer service and being a rare gem in the sea of rocks.”
8AM - 1:30PM 2 - 4:30PM
217 Fairview Rd, Woodlyn“Been coming here for years and have always had the pleasure of the same experience from the lovely lady up front. She’s always been very helpful with everything, opening PO Box, helping save money, etc. Thank you Ms. Lady that I’ve spoken to each and every time I’ve come in but I still don’t know her name”
“This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”
“I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”
10AM - 1PM 2 - 4PM
5 Glen Riddle Rd, Media“Very quiet post office so I like to go there and get in and out. The workers are very friendly! They are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 so you need to plan around that. 5 stars!!”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
142 Glen Mills Rd, Glen Mills“The mail clerk, Barb was wonderful and attended to all my needs today. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty today. After my earlier terrible experience at the office up the road, you most certainly reinstated my faith In the USPS. I appreciate the work you do for all of us!”
“Helped me with purchasing a money order which I’ve never done before which I really appreciated! And wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday which was a nice surprise, too!”
“Going here can be a nightmare at the wrong time. It is such a convenient location on the corner. I try to go between 9:30am - 11:30am or 2:30pm - 3:15pm. Otherwise you hit the people going before work, the ones going during lunch and finally the ones looking to stop in after school/work.I sell a lot on eBay. This location can print sticky labels if you have the QR code.Wish it had more room. The line can be out the door if there are more than 8 waiting.Since it’s a local distributor, they seem to be on the up with stamps and available service changes.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
7 N Waterloo Rd, Devon“Employee was so helpful! We dropped off 100 wedding invitations and he glanced at every single envelope to make sure everything looked ok. He was also very friendly and made the exciting moment even more special!”
9:45AM - 1:30PM 2 - 4:15PM
119 Station Rd, Cheyney“I dropped off a package this morning at this location. The post office was open right on time and the postal worker couldn't have been more attentive and courteous. I asked for some fixed-rate Priority Mail boxes and he made it a point to double-check that they were fixed-rate boxes instead of just small Priority Mail boxes. We should take the time to commend people when it's warranted instead of just complaining.”
8AM - 12PM 1 - 4:30PM
378 Glen Mills Rd, Thornton“Honey or Holly first name; sorry I forgot! But it is clerk #4 on receipt. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very pleasant & helpful. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you USPS!”
“I ship tons of packages (about 20,000 an year). This is my go to post office. The manager is very helpful and supportive. And 2020 was a tough year for all post office employees. Everyone souls appreciate their hard work.”
“Great experience today at this post office. I had two large packages I needed to ship and the young black woman (sorry didn’t get her name, but she had a short bob cut) at the front counter was extremely helpful, as was her two colleagues. I always get anxiety going to the post office for some reason, lol, but they calmed me down. They packed everything for me and provided me with the necessary tracking info. Great customer service!”
8:30AM - 5PM
33 W King St, Malvern“I’ve probably visited the specific post office for mailing packages putting together packages stamps and the like since 2014 and I am so pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the only suggestion I would make is the postmaster realizing that everything can be heard through the door so to continue to be as professional as possible as you’re representing to the USPS?????”
“Ken, who is the usual person you will run into here, is extremely friendly and extremely professional about his job. It is EXTREMELY rare that he can't get you processed in 2-3 minutes. He's extremely good at what he does. And if he's not busy then I would recommend to say something more than just say "Hello".”
