Not bad place to deliver. They have parking while you waiting for dock but after loading or unloading you have to leave. Street parking is available to get your reset.

Will never deliver to this center, unless reviews and therefore processes change. Have been here all day and now all night. Got a door at 8:00 PM. Started the unloading process at 10 PM. Paid lumper at 1 AM. Paperwork returned at 2:30 AM. The reviews for this place should concern management. When there are so many negative reviews there is a tale of severe inefficiency. The company would do well to audit its processes.

call in to see if I could come earlier than appointment. they told me yeah that they were not too busy and that they will work me in. . my appointment was for 11pm got here by 9 pm 2am still here waiting. this company sucks try not to come here if ya don't want to waste ya time.

Should be zero started unloading 2 1/2 jr after my appt time.. would be nice for a change
If shippers, receivers and brokers respected drivers time and loaded or unloaded on the appt times they set.

Hi guys yes is true all the negative reviews are true security and the girl at thr lumper desk polite check in around 9 pm appointment at 10:30 got a door at 10:30 got me offloaded in 1 hour is almost 1 am still waiting for bills first time in this place all the Wakefern are the same NJ both and now here

Truck drivers, avoid coming here if you can. Overnight parking not allowed after delivery despite their big and empty staging area. We have to go park on the side of the road unsafely after getting unloaded.

This facility is an overnight receiver. They are pretty good. They have a big staging area. Overnight parking in on the street once you are unloaded. Plan ahead.

One of the worst places to run out of hrs and get swarn at by a punk guard thinks he knows it all and they have plenty of spaces for drivers to park for a few hours till they get back hrs because of how long they take to unload you.

Overnight Parking at the staging area.
I checked the old reviews and wasn't expecting any better but turns out great.
My appointment was 4:30 AM did an early check-in at security, door# assigned within 30 minutes - offloading completed 3:15AM and after payment was out at 4AM.

Arrived 3pm Gouldsboro PA. Americold/Versacold/Wakefern.For a 11:30 pm appt. At 12:30 I hadn’t received a phone call or door. I investigated this matter. And was told they receive on a priority bases. Quote (You could be sitting out there till god knows when). They don’t go by appt. The first person said she couldn’t find my check in. The second stood up and picked up a list. Found my slip with others. Then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t be unloading me till after 9pm tomorrow night. I’ve been here before approximately 2-3 years ago. Same thing, unfortunately I hadn’t realized till I was loaded. That this was on my list of not to return.UNLESS YOUR A REGULAR OR CARRYING PERISHABLE STAY AWAY.

Reviews are true, checked in at 12am for appointment and still sitting here 8 hours later waiting on paperwork. Missed out on a good run i had booked right after this. Definitely wont be coming back anytime soon.
